He also demanded payment in full, prior to ordering. His wife called me two days prior to what he claimed was a factory price increase and instructed me to ZELLE funds to his account. I did so, but ZELLE would not do an immediate transfer (two days). The bank provided him with legitimate confirmation of payment codes for proof of payment. He refused to accept them. At the end of our telephone conversation, he began to swear at me profusely and wanted a 100% money wire to cover payment. In the end, his poor behavior showed his true colors as a shady business man.

He was very honest up front, letting us know in advance the amount of work that would be required (and WHY) to give us what we want. The materials aren't cheap, and were by far the best that were presented to us. We got to see exactly what the room would look like with a visual rendering, and what would need to be done to our foundation to be able to withstand the room being installed. Yes, it was pricey, but after seeing what the alternatives in my area are/were, we decided to pull the trigger. Installation was completed well within the estimated lead time they gave us despite our town being notorious for the amount of time it takes to issue building permits. It was hard to get other masons to either come out, get quotes, get on the books in next 4 months,or have a reasonable price. I saw Martins did the walkway of a neighbor and he absolutely recommended them. Nathan was out quickly, gave us some options, let us go back and forth with some design choices, and let us arrive at a layout we wanted. Nathan followed up frequently and while our decision took about a month, one we were booked they were out in a few weeks and had everything done in a week. It was amazing seeing the progress as they tore out the old structure, setup the new base and stonework. I held off on a review because I wanted to see how it functioned in Rain & snow and they did a terrific job ensuring water was directed away from the house and it is so much easier to shovel and really adds to the curb appeal of our home.
