It's small, and I didn't see much except the meeting room, but it's tasteful and welcoming inside. Plenty of parking outside. The staff were very empathetic, patient, and helpful, both on the phone and in person. Anyone coming here is having a rough time, and has many important decisions to make while simultaneously dealing with strong emotions. They understood that, and helped me through things. They have many options for every part of the service, and prices are reasonable.

"Darling Nellie Gray" and "Up on the Housetop" a popular holiday tune. Several Hanby family members are also buried here. The Hanby family were known for their abolishionist politics during the civil war. The mausoleum is rumored to be haunted, people have seen apparitions walking in ravine behind it and in the yard. This yard is very atmospheric and in the half-light of dusk, downright creeeeepy, muhwahahahahah... During the day this is a very picturesque graveyard, well manicured and well treed. It's changed ownership over the decades and that's how it landed on my radar. I'm related to the Vensil's in the area and when my grandmother passed, this is who helped my family through it. They were kind, understanding and the space was clean and peaceful. We didn't hold a service here but they did handle the cremation and this is where I was able to say goodbye to my grandmother. They walked my father and I through picking out her urn and answered all of our questions. While it was a hard day, they did in fact help make it easier and for that, I'm forever grateful.
