The tree had rottened from the bottom inside base and leaned over and propped itself on a much smaller tree, literally hanging on by a branch. It appeared that any wind or movement could cause a large crash that would cause damage to property or extreme danger to humans in its path. Other companies contacted stated the level of danger and risk involved in taking down this tree. One company actually stated they did not want t take on the job. Carlos team also acknowledged the danger level but kept discussing and studying the tree and how it would fall until they came up with a workable plan for its removal. While it was a very scary ordeal for us, it was such a relief that this company cared enough about the predicament we were in and really wanted to help.
