A few years later we needed some updates -- again everything went well. At the end of January 2024 I contacted him because we needed some minor updates again. It is now HALF A YEAR LATER and he will not respond to us. I have sent multiple emails -- SEE SCREENSHOT from my Sent emails -- NO RESPONSE. In my last 2 emails I asked if he could just give us our digital file so we could take it to a lawyer who actually serves their clients. NO RESPONSE. My husband called and left a message -- NO RESPONSE. This is the kind of person he is so beware! His website is active and his business is active but it seems likely that he is taking initial fees from clients and then never communicating with them again. I will now have to hire and pay ANOTHER LAWYER so they can contact this "lawyer" and send him a legal letter to obtain the files that we have already paid for! I'm also CONTACTING THE BAR to report him and I hope other victims of his total lack of ethics will as well!
