Upon calling, we spoke with Charlie, who stated he would be glad to take a look at our furniture, but rather than have us trek across town, he simply needed some photos in order to give us a quote. After receiving the quote, which we felt was very fair, we had Charlie Horner effect a repair. We could not be happier with the quality of the repair. Actually we were AMAZED at the quality of the repair and wish to commend Mr. Horner for saving us hundreds of dollars by not having to purchase a new chair.
