The office staff is amazing but my Dr is not proactive. She never has any answers and I'm stuck feeling sick and all I get are referrals. I have a pain in my back and side since May 2023 and she has not even tried to tell me what it COULD be. I've been to see her several times and she stand by the desk with the computer never once has examined me. Just asking questions and making suggestions of what doctor I should see. I've had 3 types of tests and she still has no answers. She said an MRI would have shown what that spot is or what it could be. The results came in and she called and said no signs of cancer. This place is garbage! They do not care about you or your health! they keep switching PA like crazy! they could care less if you have your medicine or not! the staff is very rude to middle age people! can you imagine how they treat the elderly! the very worst place! i would never go back here and also i will be letting the 75 people i referred to you as well read more

I started out with Dr Kiragu at this location. As someone who has worked in the medical field 35 yrs now, I am not usually happy with doctors I have seen. For the first time, I was so impressed. He gave you the attention, time, and care I needed every single visit. After 5 yrs, I found out my doctor was leaving. So I decided to try Dr. Summayyah. I am still very happy with my doctor. I love that they have a texting option when you need something. Every time I have sent a text message, I have received a response within an hour. read more

Very fast and a good looking office. The staff if pleasant and friendly. My doctor I've yet to meet though which is a first given my condition but her assistant is very professional and I guess as a patient you deal with the assistant and not a doctor for most things. That's a downside to this establishment but acceptable for now. The only other issue is the office staff failed to request or receive my extensive medical records from my old doctors office in Florida. Any of my old Doctors frankly. Upon arriving for my appointment I realized they had nothing of information about my current treatments or past. This is concerning given the importance of my specific case. But, because my doctors PA or physician assistant being so good at her job I give this establishment a four star, otherwise it would be a three star. In my career I exhibited a level of excellence and so I expect the same but that is asking too much these days and so I'm forced to lower the bar considerably when it comes to my care. I have heard some good things about Dr. Heron and have met someone close to her that spoke very highly of her, so I was interested in establishing myself as a patient of her practice. I called today to schedule a new patient appointment/physical. No one answered, so I left a voice-mail message. A woman returned my call approximately 4 hours later. Her tone and approach was very curt. I was told I could not schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Heron--only with two other physicians or physician assistants. When I inquired if Dr. Heron saw patients and expressed my concern because I wanted to establish with Dr. Heron in particular, there was no solution offered. The person simply retorted "She owns the practice and does not do new patient appointments." Back to the drawing board I go on finding a doctor who can provide quality service (with a responsive and polite staff). read more
