They came to do a "service call", knowing through their own questions, that they did not install our system. They came, said they could not work on our system because they didn't install it and still charged us $517.50. They ignored contact from the NS Better Business Bureau. Guess they don't have enough real business so they actually have to pick up revenue in fraudulent "service calls". Stay clear of this company.

With a lengthy career in business, I can say from experience that if I treated my customers in this manner, I would no longer have a practice. Anyways, we ended up finding amazing help, and some very neat ideas, at a local competitor, so much so, we ended up dropping a hefty sum on a custom solution. Suffice to say, I would never go back. Try visiting local competitors first.
