We had a 200 amp electric upgrade done as well and Jeremy and his crew were wonderful. The Novair heat pumps work amazing and the heat output is better then we expected. Two separate technicians have come out, given me two completely different explanations for the problem, and then disappeared without follow-up. No repair date, no update, no resolution. What you can expect based on my experience: No follow-through on service calls No communication after initial contact No urgency even when equipment is under warranty and completely non-functional Conflicting information from technicians, with no accountability This is not simply poor customer service -- it's a complete disregard for customers and their contractual obligations. After a Couple of hours on site with himself and two technicians and charging me $300.00 plus taxes he couldn't come up with a fix. He told me he would need to reach out to his supplier and another tech in the industry . After he said he consulted with them his fix to me was to replace the heat pump and oil fired furnace. I won't go into that cost if was to say it would be North of $10,000.00 at minimum.
