Pros - The quote Fernando gave me was fair, and he and his team did a decent job…read more Cons - If he agrees to do the job, be prepared to be ghosted or have your time wasted. He came a day later than he told me he would, without telling me ahead of time. Replaced my mulched area with gravel without telling me. He also left a giant pile of gravel on my lawn for a full day, killing a big patch of grass. I needed paver bricks laid, and he rebuilt pillars on the patio without telling me. While rebuilding the pillars, he cut the wire that was connected to light fixtures that are on top of the pillars. Fernando would not admit that he cut the wire, but I confirmed with an electrician that there is no power running to the end of those wires, so they were cut along the way. After weeks of calling Fernando and asking him to come out to take a look at the light fixtures, he either never responded or ghosted me. Stay safe and spend a little more money to have work done by people that won't damage your property and won't waste your time.

I had to put my foot down and insist they bring me more wood to make up the difference. And even then it was still not the correct amount, but I just wanted them off my property by that point. Secondly, the wood does not burn because it is not aged or seasoned as they claim!! I am now forced to buy more wood from someone else and let Dobbelare's GARBAGE UNSEASONED WOOD age for another season. I e-mailed Scott Dobbelare to request that we discuss my complaints.
