One thing I truly appreciated about him and his wife was their professionalism and openness -- I requested to be present throughout the entire inspection to observe the process firsthand, and they had no issue accommodating that. This was the second time we used WIN for. Home inspection. Hailey is very professional and friendly and gives you all the information needed before and after the inspection. This is an easy one, if you're looking for an inspection company, you just found them. Mike is super knowledgeable, but explains everything on whatever level you need, which makes the process very comfortable.
