There are few things as stressful in life as purchasing a home. Especially when that home is in a different state, and you have never personally set foot inside of it. It's going to be difficult to convey how relieving it was to receive the report from WIN Home Inspection, not because there were no issues because there were, but because Ronnie did such a detailed and thorough job that I feel confident I have an accurate understanding of what those issues are and what steps I will need to take to correct them. I have only purchased a few homes in my life, but I have paid for inspections on all of them. The inspection and subsequent report Ronnie provided were the most comprehensive, well-organized I have seen. Beyond the report, Ronnie appears to really care about what he is doing. After the inspection was completed and the report was sent, he personally texted me to remind me about the importance of addressing an issue with an A/C return in a mechanical room that could, in the event of a gas leak, quickly spread carbon monoxide throughout the home. There are so many companies out there who do the bare minimum to maximize profits and seem to be disinterested in anything resembling customer service, but I can say with confidence that WIN Home Inspection is not one of them. I wouldn't use this nationwide franchise home inspection company....the inspection was rushed and the "inspector" turned things on, that were off....my windows were open and he turned on my air conditioner unit...with the windows still open...I didn't leave a note asking him to turn on my ac......he turned on my dishwasher and it was still running when I got home with steam piping into the kitchen....with the windows open and the ac unit trying to make sense of it all....do not use this service...... read more

Mason was recommended to me. I am very glad I used him. He has a background in structural engineering and it came in very handy. He was able to read a complicated truss plan for my house to verify that the builder constructed it properly. This was in addition to all the things you expect from a home inspection. I am not sure about other inspectors within the "Win" network, but Mason out of the Roswell office is great! read more
