My great experience with WIN Home Inspection started with Rosa when I cold-called looking for general information about home inspections. I felt very comfortable with the process and they were available the next day for the inspection so I booked it. When we arrived at our new home our Inspector, Dan, was already on site and spent over 90 minutes with us....he was incredibly patient, detailed and we really enjoyed the time spent with him. He answered a great number of questions that we had and we really felt great about the entire process. He even made himself available for follow-up questions and took a late-night call when I had a question about something that was on the report. The report was finished within an hour or two of the inspection and was VERY detailed. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them as they mentioned they had recommendations on service providers should we need them as things need repaired, etc. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! read more

We can not believe that we are now living in the absolute nightmare of a situation that we planned ahead of time on doing everything possible to avoid.. We almost backed out of a purchase of a home because of concerns and the ONLY REASON we moved forward was because of our WIN Inspector kept assuring us that everything was fine and our worries was just the "nerves of a first time home buyer". We have lived in this house now for almost 2 months and still haven't been able to completely unpack because it's been under major construction since the day 1. Absolute negligence, zero accountability, and it has turned our lives upside down. We are thousands of dollars in the hole on repairs and still have to have major sewer line, electrical, and pipe work done. Do not trust this company or anything they say. I have a lot of skilled tradespeople in my family and did not see the value in paying for a home inspection. My wife insisted. A friend had just used Win out of Columbia Station. I called and scheduled with Rosa. She was great. Dan arrived a half hour before our scheduled time and had completed his work on the exterior of the home. Dan was very thorough and answered any question I gave him as we went through the house. He found things I had not noticed and tested EVERYTHING. Well worth the money. We also had the radon test done (on Cleveland's west-side, a must). Also well worth it. When Dan left, I asked my agent if what I had just experienced was a typical home inspection. Could not have asked for better responsiveness. Asked them to support a new home construction inspection and only gave them 48 hours notice. Alex was there and supported the inspection. Great website, extremely helpful owners - I mean it. They have website that allows you to schedule on-line. The only flow - you cannot pay-on-line, but... Heat that - they not charging until after inspection, so that's pretty cool. The report was very thorough - they ever flew drone over the roof - so you have a full picture of any disaster up there.
