There are many great things to say: He always answers his phone, and is very generous with his time answering your questions. His inspections are broad and very detailed. He identified a long list of issues, many of which were small and could have easily been overlooked. Some inspectors only use binoculars or drones to inspect the roof. Chuck climbs up on the roof and inspects it up close, which is 100% necessary in my opinion. With that service alone, he discovered 6 issues, and saved me a bunch of money. Since we have a toddler, I requested specific water tests that are not listed on his website. Chuck happily collaborated with the local water testing facility to administer the extra tests properly. My brother-in-law was so impressed by Chuck that he will be using him on his next home purchase. After the service is complete, you will receive a PDF report of the findings. The report is clean, well-designed, color-coded, and easy to understand. Photos are large and easy to see. Descriptions are succinct and easy to communicate to contractors. I've seen reports from other inspectors, and they are terrible by comparison. (Small grainy photos, unclear descriptions, disorganized, and ugly.) Chucks reports are professional and presentable. We'll be moving into the house in a few weeks, and I am confident that it will be in the exact condition that Chuck reported. Oh, and he'll also be available to us after move-in, in case we have any further questions or need advice. Excellent service, and well worth the money. Thank you Chuck!

They were able to complete the project ahead of time and did a professional concrete job. This included excavating the existing stone out of the driveway, setting forms, pouring a "dry" mix of concrete 5" to 6" deep, using wire reinforcement, adding a broom finish and sealing all concrete with a sealer. The workers were personable, polite, hard working and showed professionalism while at our job. I would recommend Fiucci Builds for their workmanship, competitive pricing and professional.

My great experience with WIN Home Inspection started with Rosa when I cold-called looking for general information about home inspections. I felt very comfortable with the process and they were available the next day for the inspection so I booked it. When we arrived at our new home our Inspector, Dan, was already on site and spent over 90 minutes with us....he was incredibly patient, detailed and we really enjoyed the time spent with him. He answered a great number of questions that we had and we really felt great about the entire process. He even made himself available for follow-up questions and took a late-night call when I had a question about something that was on the report. The report was finished within an hour or two of the inspection and was VERY detailed. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them as they mentioned they had recommendations on service providers should we need them as things need repaired, etc. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! read more

We can not believe that we are now living in the absolute nightmare of a situation that we planned ahead of time on doing everything possible to avoid.. We almost backed out of a purchase of a home because of concerns and the ONLY REASON we moved forward was because of our WIN Inspector kept assuring us that everything was fine and our worries was just the "nerves of a first time home buyer". We have lived in this house now for almost 2 months and still haven't been able to completely unpack because it's been under major construction since the day 1. Absolute negligence, zero accountability, and it has turned our lives upside down. We are thousands of dollars in the hole on repairs and still have to have major sewer line, electrical, and pipe work done. Do not trust this company or anything they say. Because when you end up like us, they'll give you the answer they gave us: "We don't know what to tell you." But they sure knew what to tell us before hand. read more

I have a lot of skilled tradespeople in my family and did not see the value in paying for a home inspection. My wife insisted. A friend had just used Win out of Columbia Station. I called and scheduled with Rosa. She was great. Dan arrived a half hour before our scheduled time and had completed his work on the exterior of the home. Dan was very thorough and answered any question I gave him as we went through the house. He found things I had not noticed and tested EVERYTHING. Well worth the money. We also had the radon test done (on Cleveland's west-side, a must). Also well worth it. When Dan left, I asked my agent if what I had just experienced was a typical home inspection. He said no, often watches the inspector walk through the house with a cup of coffee doing a basic visual inspection. Very satisfied on all aspects of the experience. Brian T. read more

Honest, friendly, personable, efficient, thorough. I've worked with Rosa, Alex and Dean and can say they are levels above other home inspectors I have ever encountered. Their staff and home inspectors take the time to explain the results of the home inspection, which is very helpful for new home buyers, in a way that is informative and not scary. Great website, extremely helpful owners - I mean it. They have website that allows you to schedule on-line. The only flow - you cannot pay-on-line, but... Heat that - they not charging until after inspection, so that's pretty cool. The report was very thorough - they ever flew drone over the roof - so you have a full picture of any disaster up there.
