Leading up to the home inspection, Bill took the time to explain the home inspection process, and had great communication on what goes into a full inspection as well as provided us with the expected timeline for when the full report would be complete (approximately 24 hours from the time of inspection). A few weeks ago Bill came out and inspected my home, while this is my first home buying experience so I do not have much to base my opinion on, I did have very high expectations. Bill went above and beyond my expectations and took the time to go around, on top of, and through the whole home with me. He explained not only why some things were bad or need to be replaced but also why certain things were done well and the life span of those objects. Bill, Came out and preformed a home inspection on our new home in Olmsted Falls yesterday. He was on time and very professional. He did a very thorough job, not only was the job he did done thoroughly it was also done in 2 hours. A lot less the the normal 3 hour home inspection. He then provided a very detailed report, which laid out everything. As well as, discussing everything with me prior to leaving the property. His report format, including pictures of every area inspected plus 100s of additional pictures in a separate folder, are the best I've ever seen.
