Kelly Perrault did a home inspection for the person who bought a home I sold last year. My realtor and I were happy with the professionalism shown during the inspection. The buyer and his agent said they were happy with the results. Kelly kept me and my family from experiencing discomfort during the lengthy inspection. It's some times upsetting to have a new person walk into your home to look at everything including the roof and he's there to discover anything that needs to be examined to give a thorough report to the buyer. Kelly is so professional and dedicated to his craft. Home inspection really is a type of art form in a sense, to see and analysis a home and all it's interconnected parts. The home he inspected for us was old and sprawling. It took way more time than expected, and yet he still took that time to walk us through the entire property and it's structures to discuss his findings in person.
