We scheduled an appointment a few days out and Everett was very accommodating, agreeing to meet me close to my home. When the actual appointment time came, Everett was actually caught up in another meeting across town and let me know he would be 45mins late. He was very professional and offered to reschedule for any other day/time that would be best for me, and he would be extending his notary services free of charge. I understand things like this can happen, and I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. He was again very accommodating and flexible, and agreed to meet me the next day at the same location.
