STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We booked a car from Winrent via Rentalcars.com in Turin, Italy earlier in September and also paid the rental price beforehand. Once we arrived at Winrent's office at the agreed time, we encountered the worst customer service ever both from the branch manager herself, Rossella Gallo and from her staff. Rossella was from the beginning very rude towards us.
There was one couple before us in the line and about 5-6 staff members and still only one person was serving the customers. After waiting for about half an hour, Rossella informed us that they have run out of cars and do not have a car for us! We were naturally furious about this as we had booked the car weeks before and had already paid the price. They refused to try to help us and look for cars from other places and also said that they won't compensate us in any manner.
The service was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had in my life. In addition, we have been trying to contact Rentalcars.co regarding this matter for about two weeks now and have not got any customer services from them either. The rental sum has not been returned to my account even though we were not provided with the car and had to ourselves call and figure out renting another car from Sixt (highly recommended!).
