Shane was very apologetic and stressed out about the treatment of customers using the storage rooms and lack of communication with the manager that was previously in charge. Shane fully understood my frustration as I was in the middle of moving not locally but across the country! I could only hope that my stored items would be intact when I returned months later to retrieve them. Thank God I found everything as I left it on my return visit. I truly believe Shane is sincere in his efforts to rectify all the problems that existed at the facility and try to get things back in order. I wish him the best as he strives to bring his storage facility back to way it was six years ago when i first rented a couple of units there!

The facilities are very clean and handy and beautiful. Bathrooms are nicely appointed, well stocked and CLEAN! Common rooms in the club house area are really nice. Fire place indoors and a fire pit outdoors laundry room. It has everything you could need. We had a great stay here. We'll be back!!!
