My partner and I went here the first couple weeks it opened back in May and had an incredible weekend getaway! We stayed in the Rigley Room and it was perfect. We weren't bothered by other guests and barely saw anyone. The owner was very accommodating and easy to talk to. She prepared some great breakfasts that we enjoyed, notably the smoothie bowl! Since going, I've seen they have added chocolate covered strawberries and vegan charcuterie boards for add-ons which all look phenomenal and makes me want to go back again! It was a beautiful home and had interesting history as nuns convent 100 years ago. They offered a daily evening tour around the property and providing some delicuous flavored lemonade made from scratch. We were able to find a few vegan options in the area for dinners, though it was more limited, it was still enjoyable to be in a more remote and quaint town for the weekend. We hit up a drive in and explored some antique and fun shops in town. I highly recommend this all vegan B&B for a special weekend getaway! read more

Wonderful experience staying 3 nights at Gardenview Estate Bed & Breakfast! It was the perfect place to unwind and relax while visiting family nearby. I researched the property ahead of time & highly recommend booking directly from their site. This way you're communicating directly with the owner (Jenelle, who was super sweet & accommodating) and bypassing a 3rd party vendor. The Rigley Room was perfect for my daughter and me, and the bed was SO comfortable! I knew in advance that the daily breakfast offering would be vegan so I went in with an open mind & was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was on all 3 days! (I now subscribe to Jenelle's recipes). Highly recommend and can't wait to return next year! read more

What a lovely, relaxing place to stay ‼There were four of us for a girls weekend and we are soo happy we found this little gem. Jenelle is a joy to be around. She's always smiling, warm and engaging, loves to share the history of her home, is a wonderful cook and a genuinely good person. The grounds are beautiful with lots of little historic niches to explore. This was our first experience with a Bed and Breakfast and we couldn't have found a more perfect fit for us. fun place, pretty grounds breakfast was , by B&B standards, very disappointing. never have we stayed at a B&B before were we left and were both quite hungry; two pieces of french toast, 3 strawberries and 4 blueberries with 1/2 TBSP of cream. when asked if we were full, we said "no we want more". was told it would take 15 more minutes; said "no thats ok". went back 10 later to say 'actually yes please, we're both hungry' but the grill was already put away. read more

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Gardenview Estate Bed & Breakfast. What a beautiful place, both inside & out! And such an amazing history that Jenelle knows all about and will tell you on the complimentary property tour. Ok ya'll, this is a wonderfully delightful change of pace up in the NE corner of the state! Tucked away just off the main highway and RR crossing lies a charming old home surrounded by trees & bird music. Elegant & graceful in its own unique ways, the home & the grounds are full of fun & a bit of quirky history. For early morning walks before the summer heat, there's a nice amount of space to wander around the property and I think even down south to the Colville River bank. On-site garden, gazebo, birds, bird feeders, bird sounds, bird sightings, oh yes AND birds. The road connecting the neighbors has majestic large old trees lining it; that would be grand to see covered with golden yellow, orange & brown leaves everywhere during the Fall season! Be aware of morning spider webs in front by the light posts. Onsite parking I think is limited to 3 average vehicles in front of the light posts by the garage; possibly more by inquiring within. The home is spacious yet charming & cozy from its former larger original footprint. You have 2 big airy living spaces, the guest suites, the kitchen and owners' spaces. I had the smallest, Curlew room, and it was quite nice. Neat touches, soft carpet and the TV is in a smart spot facing the bed: the closet center space. The TV is ok; weird quirks with one channel then it changed another day plus the signal can be an A to C grade fluctuating on occasion. Can't go wrong with enjoying the old 007 flicks, though. This room's private detached bathroom was really nice. You'll find a cute carpet piece in the closet covering the old laundry chute. Due note that all rooms are up a flight of stairs. They provide nice & fresh well water, some fun classic board games and historical reading material. The staff (owners) are super friendly & chill. You typically may see/meet Jenelle during the awesome daily breakfast. Outside of that, if the stars align right and schedules work out, you may have a few opportunities to engage socially & hang out a bit with them but no guarantees (yet). During breakfast, you can stick with the default room option or choose to dine elsewhere with advance notice. Being summer, I usually chose the downstairs window table or the patio outside the kitchen. They also happen to serve everything vegan. Location is what you get! In the peaceful country with some outdoors things a short-medium drive away. Kettle Falls town just west is a nice pitstop for random things (Meyers Falls Market is my top pick). Check it out, you must! They're still brand spankin' new so here's to a bright future. read more

This is the only place I would consider staying in Kettle Falls! If you are looking for tranquility, history, quaintness, yummy food, and amazing hospitality - this is IT! The owners are wonderful and know how to provide for their guests. The historical tour provided by the owners is fascinating and not to be missed. We stayed in the Mingo Mt Suite with our pup and the accommodations were clean and updated, yet with old world charm. I can't say enough good things! read more

We stayed here with a group of vegan friends and it was a very amazing experience. Janelle was sooo friendly and made amazing breakfasts every morning. It was such a beautiful estate. We will be adding this wonderful place to our vacation rotation. We would definitely suggest staying here and partaking in the tour explaining the deep history of the location. This is a lovely, peaceful getaway that allows dogs in a separate building that overlooks the river gorge, offering a view of wildlife: nesting kinglets and swallows, deer, an occasional bear, and others. The Mingo Suite is very spacious, with a comfortable bed, kitchen, seating area to gaze out to the expanse. The estate was once owned by the Catholic church for a series of purposes which owner Jenelle explains in an evening tour followed by lemonade on the terrace of the main building. Jenelle is the vegan chef and strives to offer nutritious and delicious breakfasts. We loved the waffle with rhubarb compote. I didn't care for the chickpea omelet which was a bit dry and bland for my tastes. Nevertheless, We were a short distance from a darling antique store with espresso stand and bakery as well as a great natural food store. Plus with the kitchen, we could fix our own meals when we wished. Jenelle and her husband just opened two months ago so there are things still in process. They bent over backwards to accommodate our requests before we found out how recent their opening was. Both of us and our two dogs enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return. read more

What an Amazing experience for both my Wife & I. We felt like Royalty during our stay. The Owners were very present & there to assist us with pretty much all we needed. We even were able to be apart of The Wonderful Property tour that had so much Rich & Spiritual History. The grounds were Prestine, quiet & Peaceful full of Morning Wildlife & singing birds throughout the day "especially morning" which we thought was calming & full of life. Mrs. Jenelle & her hubby were just excellent Host & The Breakfasts were healthy & tasty, I believe fresh even from either their garden or locally based. The room was "Very Clean", Quiet & Comfortable. I'm not sure how else to describe our stay, but my Wife was totally pleased & I wasable to njoy the quietness & the peaceful grounds with our Son "Blue" (our Service Poodle).
