And, because they did such a fantastic job, I've hired them to continue with our plans for tree removal throughout our acres. Ben was willing to speak with me about every concern and detail I wished to cover. That's how you know they're true professionals. They aren't afraid to hear a customer's voice. So, as I've already stated, they've removed 16 trees for us, next week we're scheduled for 10 more. After that, I'll be getting the estimate for even more. I'm confident I won't be disappointed. Update: The crew came back out, as scheduled, to remove 10 trees from beside our driveway. I swear it's like watching them do a perfectly choreographed dance when they get going. Dishonest Reprobates - Left without completeing job after taking $1700 payment…read moreOn or about 11/7/2019 I verbally contracted with William Luttrell of Luttrell's Tree Service LLC to remove 5 trees and trim 2 others, and remove all wood and brush for $1700. I paid half up front and was to pay the rest on completion. After 2 days all trees were trimmed and felled except for one large one that was left with half still standing. His wife came to me crying saying they really needed more money. I foolishly gave her a check for the rest. He now refuses to answer my phone calls and has not returned. He also attempted to block all efforts to contact him by blocking my phone. After checking with MD Licensing they don't seem to be licensed in MD and I have initiated and investigation by Maryland Department of Natural Resources, and I'll be filing a law suit in small claims court when the investigation is complete. To date, 12/17/19 they have not completed the job. It is extremely difficult for an elderly couple (72 yrs old & 68 yrs old) on a fixed income to lose that much money. In addition I can't physically complete the work myself. I will now have to spend more money to finish the horrible mess these dishonest reprobates left after taking my money.
