Gail has always been available to help,when needed. She did an absolutely perfect job on my Will , Durable Power of Attorney and Trust.

I'm writing this review for my mother and myself. My mom had a trust drafted by Gail Wind last year and ended up needing to amend it. So we found someone local willing to do it for a really decent price. We brought the documents completed by Gail for the legal document preparer to look over. She was aghast at how vague and ambiguous the legal jargon was and there were so many mistakes such as pages notarized that didn't need to be notarized and areas where it required two impartial witnesses to a signature and only Gail signed as a witness. The original trust was so bad that it was questionable whether it would actually stand up in court as a legal document. Our new document preparer said she could not in good conscious leave it the way it was and offered to redo EVERYTHING, even adding a pour-over will, for practically nothing. The two documents ended up being like night and day and I would not recommend Gail to anyone. I called her once regarding another matter and she was so rude I couldn't believe it. My mother also expressed how rude she felt Gail was when she had the trust done. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

WARNING: Gail Wind, a local paralegal (if you can call her that), makes so many mistakes and is notorious for giving legal advice while not being a licensed attorney. The attorneys in the area regularly have to reopen cases in court for clients who have previously been to Gail Wind, just so they can correct whatever mess she has made. You might rethink using Gail Wind if you are trying to save money. You will end up paying her to screw your paperwork/case up, and then paying an attorney to correct her sloppy, incomplete work. To top it off, she has an incredibly rude and unprofessional phone manner. I find it hard to believe she hasn't been driven out of town by some disgruntled ex-client, yet. read more

I am working with Gail right now on an eviction. My first impression with her is that she is a no-nonsense, get to the point type of person. She's business first, frank and honest upfront with me. She doesn't entertain fantasy, your personal life;s story, or revenge tactics in your need for her assistance. I trust that Gail, with my prompt assistance, will effect the eviction I need in the shortest amount of time. I think she is clever personally. I'm following her lead in this process. My client was in the process of selling his home and we needed a copy of his trust. After doing some research I eventually found Gail Wind. I was very polite with her and needed her help for a past client. She gave us the impression that she was going to help and did nothing. After calling her a day later she cussed me out and hung up the phone on me! Way to leave us hanging. She was the nastiest most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Beware people, once you're past client of hers she does not give a F*** about you. What a miserable person. read more
