The store on Highway-49 is easy to find, and parking is easy. There have been changes in customer service personnel over the years, but everyone we've met has been wonderful. Gail does not answer the phone and her voicemail is always full. My advice is RUN, don't walk, but RUN away from this service provider and if she has already prepared your documents.
