Just avoid this company. Run away. i paid 25 euro total (15 for sim, 10 for 'tourist pass', which is NOT your balance btw), had to go back to the store to activate my internet, no one explained that you need to type in network settings yourself (also no info as to what those settings are). Also pricing is unclear, I was charged for some 'service' calls to the local airport that apparently weren't included in the 100 minutes I paid for with my 'tourist pass'. The calls took my entire balance, so the sim card stopped working entirely. Their customer service is laughably bad. I called serveral times, was given different info from different people, was hung up on twice, blamed, told there was nothing they can do and finally that i need to pay more to top up my balance -__- read more
