Tavern 1301 has an expansive menu. A large majority of the menu features items from the local ranchers and farmers of SE Colorado. We wanted to try a variety of tastes from the menu, so we ordered a few things to split and share. We started with hot wings with raspberry diablo sauce- not super diablo but had a good flavor and the wings were cooked perfectly. I the opted for the 6oz tenderloin filet, cooked to medium temp.
