Robert went out to the home, picked up the key from a neighbor, and did the appraisal. I've had appraisals done before where they give a price. However his appraisal was much more thorough, 12 pages long, with photos. It enabled us to price the home correctly, and in fact the home sold with no glitches. I highly recommend Capital Appraisal Service for anyone that needs to know the value of their home, particularly if the home will be sold. Knowing the market value gives the seller peace of mind that the home is competitively priced. Also once an offer is accepted, there is no worry that the house won't appraise for the selling price.
