They were all nice to work with. My apartment was well maintained and I enjoyed living there. Issue free for over a year.

I rented from him for almost 7 years and was always impressed with his communication and attention to detail. He provided a level of stability that I haven't felt when renting from others. He is more kind and forgiving than a "landlord" probably should be. Hightower Real Estate is the standard that I will hold every company to for the rest of my life. His word is his bond and he always follows through. Rent with confidence.

I tried for two weeks to set up an appintment to discuss the place that was opening up and i received no reply. I then told him that if he didnt want to work with me, i would be needing my deposit back, to which i got an immediate response claiming that my deposit went to back owed rent and and threats of credit reporting or some nonsense. In the few years i rented from him I was constantly afraid of being kicked out onto the streets, i was never able to get comfortable in the house i was grossly over-paying for, in fact i never even unpacked all of my belongings because i didnt trust that i wouldnt be displaced. I would encourage others to avoid hightower real estate.

My experience with Plum Property Management was extremely disappointing and frankly feels…read moredishonest. After moving out of my 816 sq. ft., single-floor apartment, I was told by the inspector that cleaning would take an estimated 6-7 hours. Somehow, I was then billed for 10 hours of cleaning with no reasonable explanation. The cleaning company of their choosing failed to provide any detailed, itemized report showing what was actually cleaned or how they justified the extra time. Being charged for additional hours without documentation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their billing practices. What's even more frustrating is that it took three months of back-and-forth communication for Plum Property Management to ultimately tell me they would not be refunding the extra 3-4 hours they charged. Dragging this out for that long, only to deny accountability, shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants. I would strongly caution anyone renting through this company to document everything and be prepared to challenge questionable charges. LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS and how they mention unreasonable charges after move-out. It is sickening how this company takes advantage of people.

They do not respond to emails or calls in a timely manner. They don't provide units that are well built. I rented a unit that the walls literally didn't have a paint covering to wash or protect against wear and tear. This is entrapment to take the tenant's deposit. I plan to take them to court to get mine back if necessary. The month after renting my apartment they lowered the rent price and now I am paying more than anyone else in the building. They are so crooked. I am brand new to town and wish I had seen these reviews before getting a unit from them. BEWARE!

We worked with Jessa, who was professional, personable and most of all, very proactive. We saw a few properties they managed, and decided upon a recently vacated apartment. Jessa told us that it could be two weeks before the apartment was ready and explained that the landlord was going to make renovations. Since the apartment was already in great shape (the previous renter left it really clean!), we asked if we could have it without renovations as we needed to take occupancy asap. Jessa said that she work with the owner to see if we could get it earlier. The next day we got an email informing us the apartment would be ready that day! We were able to sign, move in that same day which saved us a lot of stress and money. Jessa was really great to work with: great communication, personable, professional and most of all, kind. It made this process much more pleasant and was a very nice introduction to Missoula!

I've also included some of the communications I've had with PPM leasing agents and admins that show this terribly confrontational personality they like to portray me as. Another example of corporate gaslighting. I don't have any personal need to defend myself. I will happily share personal information in order to discuss the flip side of renting. I would like to make this an example at just how rigged these private large-scale rental companies completely dehumanize the very people they serve, to meet their own needs, at any cost. This is part of our major homeless problem. Fortunately, we didn't have to rent long, and this is exactly why. This in itself shows the level of treatment we received. Please note the maintanance company owner Laura Hansen was incredibly professional and handled our direct communications professionally. She eventually helped us fix our issues. The "plumber with PTSD" was physically and verbally abusive which is why I didn't allow him in my home. PROTECTING MYSELF apparently is a bad thing. I don't think having PTSD gives someone the right to threaten someone's safety. Then, not be expected to defend myself. This is incredibly sad, and goes to support my experiences with these people. The owner of the property, Gregory D. Beach, from Northview Drive Partners, LLC, and Louise Rock, owner of Professional Property Management, support this treatment of their tenants. Greg Beach is also the owner of Beach Transportation in Missoula, a "family-owned" business. I ALSO POSTED THE EXACT DEMAND FOR OUR PAYMENT FOR THIS PLUMBER INCIDENT DIRECTLY WRITTEN TO ME FROM PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT on my Google review https://www.google.com/maps/contrib/107272936418928637405/place/ChIJa0BDmULOXVMRXfg_VKJVCFc/@38.3723273,-106.632054,5z/data=!4m6!1m5!8m4!1e1!2s107272936418928637405!3m1!1e1?authuser=0&entry=ttu which I had to involve a lawyer for. These people are such insatiable liars, it's hilarious. It's almost as if they are on the presidential advisory team. Lie until it becomes the truth. We were treated inhumanely from day 1. I asked for the apartment simply to be up to code and have functional amenities. There was retaliation for all of this (all reported), from the office to their technicians. One was so misogynistic, he tried to talk me out of a request for a secure front door and lock when my toddler opened the door and walked right outside, in front of him. It was a bedroom door with a bedroom door lock on the front door. For example: We have a dilapidated home in disrepair, not up to code. We had no bathtub operational in a 2-bed 1 bath house, due to the plumber tearing out the drain. Then, we are charged for this repair when something was stuck in the drain. We put in several notices for repair, to be told this was a repair that would take 5 weeks to fix because the plumbers were too busy. There was no drain stop. This is only 1 of 20 instances of interactions with this company. Their technicians, when they did show, demanded access to locked rooms where I needed privacy, prior to 24-hour notice. They then mocked and belittled us when we refused this entry into my bedroom, while I was dressing because it inconvenienced them to come back a later time. Talking to anybody in the office was impossible, as they were always conveniently unavailable. I had to go into the office and refuse to leave just to have someone address a really serious issue. I completely expect to be told I'm lying, I had no right to request 24-hour access notification for private space entry with any and all excuses to be given as to why they wanted to go into my bedroom unannounced and to be gaslighted by this company. I could have had something intimate out. Such a seriously deep and grotesque violation. These review responses in tenant and victim-blaming reveal the attitude and approaches of this company. I think the 2-star rating from hundreds with venomous responses from PPM speaks for itself. Seems like nothing's ever their fault. Taking advantage of vulnerable populations is the business here. Please try to find another place. We are not human to them, so you probably won't be either.

I also read the reviews on this site. It is mind blowing that so many people don't have the acumen to understand that some property owner has graced and trusted to put their valuable real estate on the market for someone to rent. Renters need to stop acting all entitled to do as they please and debase themselves to disrespect someone else's property and whine about everything. I have been both a tenant and a lessor, sometimes at the same time throughout life. Let's grow up and be respectful. When you acquire your own real estate perhaps you will appreciate the aversion to disagreeable, entitled minded and trouble making folks.

We had to clean the whole house ourselves. One room also had a horrible paint job like 4 different colors in one room. Had to keep telling someone to repaint it.
