We have done a lot of real estate transactions, and I have to say this was the most unprofessional transaction I have ever been involved with. We had to accept or reject with a 5p.m. deadline. By that time we only had a verbal summary of the inspection and had never been forwarded a copy of the preliminary title report. We had requested a time extension to evaluate the inspection but Leslie said the owners would not grant an extension. However, in retrospect, they did offer us a 24 hour extension which was presented to us after our 5p.m. deadline. One star is being very generous.
