It's eye-catching, for sure. I've been here before and as soon as my eye spotted the fuchsia walls, I made a beeline over to take a quick peek. It was as cute as I remembered it to be from my last trip up here. I found a plethora of cute costume jewelry, very reasonably-priced, several in whimsical designs, with plenty of dainty silver bracelets, necklaces and earrings. Everything was super cheap, too. I picked up a cute necklace (I hadn't packed much jewelry for this particular vacation and could've used a cute necklace or something for the trip) for $12 and was on my way. Elsewhere, I spotted some cute bath and body products, including lotions, soaps, gels and more, including some rather nice-smelling candles, in the middle of the boutique. Again, everything was reasonably-priced and the displays were lovely. Oh, and there were feather boas and frilly things like that, too, but that doesn't float my boat, though I'm sure it would for someone else. The owner waited on me and was super nice, even wrapping up my purchase in tissue paper and adding me to the shop's email rewards/incentive program. I told her we live downstate, but she said that she could ship to any address, no problems. I can't say I have a problem with that. I will definitely be looking forward to checking out the website next.

Some of the jewelry has been there for a LONG time, some looks very cheap and some jewelry is just fuddy-duddy. Newer jewelry would really work here. I also love the blouses they sell and wish they would carry more tops. Some of the soaps and sachets have a really strong scent. More herbal scents would be nice: lavendar, citrus, lilac, etc.

She also had a cloth bag loaded with items which I could not completely see. However, at the top of this bag was a set of sheets still in original store packaging. She brought both of these items behind the front checkout counter. The man who was operating the checkout told her to "just go ahead and take them." She left the store with both bags without paying for them. Then came back into the store to work. This is the second time I have seen these so-called volunteers take items that were donated to the needy community of Hale. I no longer donate to this place. Some of the workers there are thieves.
