I'd say the prices of the things we were interested in were fair, or a little above average. The place is kind of like a big barn/warehouse, with stuff everywhere. There are aisles to walk through of course, but this isn't where you'd buy pristine home decor. If you want patina, this has it. Feels like a lot of the stuff in here came out of some old barn somewhere. Probably did. The man who helped us was polite and professional, though didn't always take our ques as to when we were ready to purchase. Overall worth a look. Interesting old stuff. Really great if you want to build or craft something and need old parts.

I went to the sale last weekend on a very narrow road with many driveways. There was a helpful young man ensuring folks didn't park on the narrow road and let me know the organizers had a shuttle running for those of us unable to make the walk to the sale. This house was packed with so many wonderful items! They were organized and displayed beautifully. I bought too much and did use the shuttle to haul my treasures back to my car. While I was inside the sale I heard a woman was upset about the efforts to reduce traffic. Another woman, who claimed to live in the street, was saying that she appreciated the efforts made to keep nonresidents off the narrow drive.

Don't think dusty old furniture, rust, & spiderwebs... everything is clean & shining bright. There is a ton of antiques & collectibles to browse plus it all has price tags although a lot of tags are upside down. More Bakelight & cast iton than I've ever seen in one place. Franklin & Walking Liberty halves, tons of vintage magazine ads all organized like albums in a record store. Jewelry, toys, dolls, furniture, phones, cameras & lenses... I'm guessing the space is around 6,000 square feet including the upstairs. It took me about 40 minutes to do a very thorough walk-through and i could have stayed longer buty parking meter was going to expire so a had to take off.
