Love what they have done here! And the western fried chicken burger was SO good!! 10 out of 10 recommend coming and checking out the new Windmill Cove

We love Windmill Bar and Cove! It's our go-to lunch spot when we're out on the Delta. The food never misses--I pretty much rotate between the fish tacos and the club sandwich. Both are solid choices. But the real MVP here? The bartender. We usually see her on Sundays (dark black hair--you'll know her when you see her). She's the superwoman behind the bar, effortlessly juggling drink orders, food tickets, and a sea of customers like it's just another casual Sunday. Watching her in action is like watching a well-choreographed performance... with cocktails. She also was the only bar tender there yesterday, April 13th (give her a high five for me). Also, shoutout to the drink she made me last time in my photo here. 10/10. Yummy and pretty. Windmill is the kind of place that makes you want to become a regular, if you aren't one already. Great outdoor seating for lunch and watching boaters pass.

We only got drinks here but I loved it! The upstairs bar and deck area is so cool and there's a few games to play inside as well. (I went 7-0 in connect 4). This place just had such a fun vibe, nothing much else to say, the drink was great as well! Don't remember the name sadly though my apologies

We love it here we camp at least two times a year for the past 30 years with all our friends but this weekend was horrible. We always are behind the office with an open meadow, BUT this year we had a group right next to us with kids coming into our space. They should have put them in the overflow spots since they were in tents. Not sure if we will be back camping if they continue this. The bar itself is fun and appreciate the free bands.

Love to hangout here to get some food and drinks and spend the night at the boats. And listen some music.

Hamburger for my buddy. Pot roast for me.

Nov is slow season at Windmill Cove. No boaters to watch. This is a hidden gem. Everyone, staff and customers were friendly. The upstairs decor was right on, along with the water ways on both of the restaurant. The food was made downstairs and brought up to us. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were soft, the veggies crisp and the garlic toast was the best I've had. I'll have to try it during the summer.

After several days of no response, I decided to go down to the office in person. To my surprise, I arrived during what should have been open office hours and saw the manager leaving with a man who seemed to also work at this Marina. They were gone for hours, and the office remained closed the entire time. I was told by a nice gentleman at the Marina that this is a normal occurrence for the two of them. This isn't just about poor communication--it's about accountability and professionalism. If you're managing a marina, customers and boat owners need to be able to rely on you being present, responsive, and focused on the job. Sadly, that hasn't been my experience here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this level of service is unacceptable, especially when people are entrusting you with their boats and time.

I just want to add to my review that i posted before. Warning if you plan on living on your boat…read moreat brentwood marina and have cats, don't let your cat out of your boat because the owners let their dogs kill cats. I'm not sure if they still drown cats that they catch in traps, I know they use to. One of my cats disappeared I can only pray that their dogs didn't get a hold of it. Not only is that animal cruelty it is illegal! They say it is a family atmosphere yet one of the owners sons is not allowed there. The marina is on private property, that is the loop hole they use to make up their own rules as they go along. Be careful they are very nice "at first". You will probably be okay if you don't bring guests. (What is the purpose of having your boat at a marina if the owners are going to pick and choose if and when you can have guests?). That is my opinion from my own experiences while living at the marina. The problems started when I called the sheriff because I had a guest come from Tahoe and She needed to use the restroom. She was stopped by one of the owners and was told the bathrooms are for paying tenants and they made her leave. A couple days later they gave me a 30 day notice to vacate and told several of the other tenants that they need to make sure there boats are registered (which mine has always been registered) because the sheriffs are going to be coming and they can thank Dana for that. When other tenants were seen coming to my boat Pete would tell them they better pick sides. Pete said he is getting rid of the Bleeders. (People that stand up for themselves?) I felt like I was dealing with third graders! Unreal...
