I brought my boats here from another marina and have been very impressed by Tower Park. It's a very nice place to have your boat. They have nice bathrooms on the docks, parking is easy, its nice to walk around the park the docks are nice and secure so I always feel safe when I am on my boats. They have pump out weekly, the guy who does pump out David is so nice. Cathy and Amanda who work in the marina office are so helpful, they respond quick to emails and do everything to help. Everyone that works here does a great job of making everyone feel welcome. It's in a really good location. They also have an arcade now, a nice market, the grille is really good. They have a lot of guest docking as well to just come out for the day and have fun. They offer a lot more than other marinas in the area with really great people who work here. read more

Amanda and her team were the most helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating people that made my family's first boating experience amazing! We've been coming here for years before it was Jellystone whatever. There used to be easy access to the marina for pedestrians, with walkways up. They've since removed the walkways and roped them off in an effort to rent out their golf carts. Diabolical. My grandmother is 83 years old and has trouble walking. This is so wrong. Also their website says that pontoon rentals are $150, I assume there would be a deposit, typically $500. That's fine. They wanted $1,700 for 8hrs! Outrageous! I've rented boats all over California, and up to Washington. Never have I payed that much. read more

Service was great, food (lunch, burger/fries) was very good. Atmosphere calm, as you are on the water in restaurant. Large open seating area with views of waterway and surrounding dock and land. Only downside is windows really need cleaning. They tend to ruin the view and vibe that could be an easy fix by cleaning the debris off them. read more

This is one thing of the nicer looking marinas we've stopped in to. There's lots of dock space for all sorts and size boats. The marina store is nice and clean. There's also trailer hookups at this marina that drive in...which probably accounts for the store being larger than most others. I saw bumper boat but I think activities like those are shut down do to pandemic protocols. I believe there are other children's activities available...check their website. Now the restaurant (small bar) is nice and clean too. A saw a meeting/banquet area near the restrooms that wasn't being used on our stop. We grabbed a pizza and a beer at the restaurant. The pizza was OK...but it wasn't near as tasty as it looked. It was definitely pricey in my book. No objections to stopping in here again. read more

We store our jet ski here and we are happy with the service. We come in and pay our fee and are helped within a few minutes for the launch. There's rentals for bikes , carts , etc . As well as gas station and a Convenience store. We had lunch today from there food truck and it was good . read more

This is a trailer park. There are countless insane elements of this place, but it is most significant that you know it is a trailer park. People live on site in trailers, which is fine; but if you are looking for a resort, or privacy, or serenity, this is not a viable location. Came here recently after being conned by their marketing for the mandatory two night minimum stay, at $700 total. Place was PACKED, dirty, disorganized, under construction, and they try to rent you linens. We showed up and they had no linens. We had to go to Stockton to buy some so we could sleep on their horrible dirty bed. Advertisement said "two beds" in fact it was one full size mattress and one very small and very dirty couch. Room was so dirty and filled with dust and animal dander that my wife had an asthma attack. Literally. She slept in the van and we left first thing in the morning. read more

This is one of the few marinas in the central Delta that still rents boats. I have rented fishing boats from Tower Park Marina three times and have used them to travel up Georgiana Slough and the Mokelumne and Cosumnes Rivers, and to the Meadows anchorage and Walnut Grove. My experiences with the boats and the marina management (and its helpful staff) have always been positive. I also appreciate the good-sized general store that's useful for stocking up before a trip. During my last rental (on Oct. 4, 2020), I learned that the Marina is under new management and that big changes are in progress (several buildings were under renovation), including the addition of new boats. The Delta is still an economically depressed area, so I wish the new guys good luck and hope Tower Park will continue to prosper. read more

Confusing signage on the dock for incoming boaters who want to have lunch. Large NoPublic Mooring and a smaller Reserved for guests and pylons. No visible signs for restaurant hours from the dock. Sign on restaurant front door is on the inside of a heavily tinted glass door. Hours were 4-10, so at least three groups of at least three were turned away. Marina bathrooms were quite clean. read more

Grandkids had fun, But this is the most mismanaged park I have ever been to!!! Trash everywhere, very run down nothing has been maintained in years, our cabin was so filthy looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in years gross!!! Not just mine I spoke with other guests said the same thing. The bears never showed up when they were supposed to if they showed up at all! Most activities they advertised were canceled we were told they didn't have enough help. To management quit blaming COVID you've had over a year to get a plan and figure it out! But things around here have been neglected long before COVID! I will not recommend and won't be back! read more

I'm getting ready to say goodbye to 7 of my slip buddy's this weekend Tower Park has seen fit to raise prices once again they started out their email by saying because of the water and trash service they were going to blend it in to a raise on our slips I don't see where that is much difference from what they did the year before. the only difference now is we are in the middle of a pandemic people are losing their homes their jobs everything. owning a boat is not a necessity. from what I understand from local marinas their phones are ringing off the hook from other people at Tower Park Marina looking to move. just in my friends alone in the revenue that Tower Park will lose with a $30 raise equates to 93 slips I don't see how anybody in their right mind can think that this is a win situation also they've locked up our bathroom and we haven't received pump outs for four weeks due to lack of employees and we are listed as a clean marina I believe that this is going to ruffle somebody's feathers out there the perks that we were to receive for Yogi bear's Jellystone Campground in playground never did materialize last year. And nothing that was promised to us happen last year it just makes me sad as I've been coming here for 50 years read more

I have been a slip holder at Tower Park Marina for over two and a half years. Since KOA Campground had sold the property to Jellystone campgrounds they have increased slip rates over 35% since they moved in. They also attempted to add additional fees for water and garbage, and charged for those keys in the month of January, until many of the existing customers called and wrote letters to complain and they have sense discontinued the extra fees, yet they won't refund any money they've already collected. Jellystone campgrounds only cares about their bottom line, and not their customers and longtime voters who's been coming to the marina for over 50 years. I will be looking for another home for my boat in the near future or I will sell my boat before I pay another unnecessary fee or rate hike. If you're looking for a marina on the Delta to visit for lunch or a beverage, or just need a place to slip your boat for a few months I would definitely shop around. read more

Clean place, nice cabins, friendly people. Downside - can't find staff when you need something, and if you do, they can't answer your questions. If you want a good water experience go to Lodi Lake, cheaper prices and way less hassle, couldn't rent anything this week do to new staff that was untrained. Sandy beach has plenty of glass in the sand, not to mention beer bottle caps. They charge for everything, so be prepared for that. It is a good spot for just old fashion camping, bring your own wood or you will regret it, almost $9.00 for a small stack that will burn for a few hours. read more

We camped at Jellystone Campground and we also brought our jet skis and boat which was an ordeal to launch because of the wait on the launch ramp, but pulling the jet skis out was pretty quick and easy. If you are good launching don't pay the extra fee for valet launch, do it yourself. It was faster and easier for us. We loved walking over for ice cream in the evening and the new Tower Park Waterfront Grille was very good after a long day of boating and mini golf. They need more staff monitoring the marina. People tied up the gas pumps, using it as a courtesy dock and both times we needed to fill up there were boats just sitting there for 30-40 minutes. If they had some staff down there, it would have made us happier and them more money in fuel sales! It was very easy to get a slip and all of our vehicles fit in one slip. Trailer parking was easy to find even on busy 4th of July weekend. read more
