Andrew started out washing windows as a college student. A very personable guy, he innovated and grew this part-time effort to earn money into a full-time business. In just three years he grew from Andrew's Window Cleaning into Wash-It-Pros. They do windows, but now do whole house exterior and deck cleaning, using the same equipment. And he now has employees who do the work. The technology that makes spotless a reality is a water processing system that reduces particulate matter from the water. If you have seen the advertisements for Brita v. Zero Water you know that tap water has particulate matter, ie. stuff, in the water. Filters take out this stuff that generally has a particular count of around 150 units. Wash-It-Pros' system reduces the particle count to about 2. This allows they to brush scrub your windows, decks and home exteriors without detergent. And once dirt is removed, the rinse air dries leaving spotless glass. It really does work. Service is great. Employees are friendly and helpful. They are conscientious about preventing water coming into the house and they take their shoes off when indoors. Also, they remove screens and clean them. Wash windows inside and out. And replace the screens when done. We have never experienced such efficient and un-messy approach in cleaning. She and another lady arrived to complete the service on time. She emphasized on arrival that they were heavily booked today and seemed a bit anxious. I thanked her for scheduling me. Out of respect for their time, I showed them around quickly, and they got to work cleaning. I left the house with my dog for a bit, though they said we could stay to minimize interference. Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.
