He said he could do it and could do it the next day @ 10am. and he actually came earlier then that 930am. With the parts in hand for the repair within 20min he was DONE. Tom set up an appointment with us on a Saturday, which was wonderful, so we didn't have to take off work (or get a quote during dinner time). He brought a window sample and brochures, discussed the process, measured, and gave us a quote. I checked some of his other reviews and the business is legit, so we hired him. Yesterday, at about the 8 week mark from start to finish, the installers completed. They did such a great job, keeping the house clean and all windows look amazing. We even had a challenging one, very tall with a giant arch, and about 6 feet wide. We also got a sliding glass door put in, and that looks wonderful too. We will be looking to upgrade our front door in the next few months, and will turn to Tom and his crew for the work. Don't hesitate to call Tom. You won't regret it.

Tom's crew was professional in every way during the process. The amount of heat coming from the older windows compared to the new ones on the east and west sides of our house is so much better. I wish that DJT didn't end all the federal Energy Tax Credits effective 2026. We could have saved on the cost.

My door has been repaired, and they are compensating me for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciate. I should also note that my mother purchased hurricane-rated impact French doors for her patio at the same time I ordered my front door from Sunset View. They did an excellent job with that installation. I would likely use Sunset View again in the future.

The installers were neat and pleasant and knowledgeable. Instructed us what to do for the inspector and that they would return after the inspection and place the plugs were the screws were in the new framing. All well till that point. I called the office to let them know that the inspection was done and they could return, as I was instructed to do. After 2 weeks, I had heard nothing, called again. Was told they had called and said that was our responsibility. Which they had not. I had in the meantime called 2 days after installation and said I wanted to purchase the storm door also. The manager said he would have someone come out and if he couldn't schedule that, he would personally come out. 2 weeks and many reminder calls later nothing. I called again in regard to the plugs for the frame, was told no it was our responsibility to complete and to put wood putty over the screws and have our painter paint over them. Also, he said the installers don't know what they are talking about, nice ! Needless to say, we are not happy. Very poor response from the office staff and personnel. Once they get their money, they are done... I'm rethinking the $3,800 the door cost. would not recommend to anyone.

The salesman was really great, but he kept pitching how he was involved with the church and that was a real turn off for me so I was even more apprehensive after paying, but we had a problem with the permit because of a previous contractor and these guys were good enough to help me model through that and get the permit for this job. Today three men showed up who did a really professional job and these windows look fabulous. I was outside the window today clipping the hedges and my husband couldn't even hear me so they are really good and I hope they do stand behind their warranty and that I pray I don't have any problems.
