Brand new widow my foot
Dawn S.

Just paid attorney 2500 to sue them. Stay away from this company. Put everything in wrong and had to take the windows out. Damaged all of them. Now I have used windows that were bent all over from them taking them out and reinstalling the same window. Mold everywhere. Their installers went into my garage and took my power tools to do their job!,

Sloppy grout work

14th phone call to Window World today. 5 weeks since initial call made DURING the 5.5 hour installation over concerns over damages to our luxury vinyl flooring, our pool deck and sloppy workmanship by installers, two of whom spoke no English. Call center cannot get a supervisor to call me (4 requests in last two days), nor anyone from the Installation Department to answer their calls or emails to call me. The guy they sent out last Monday to inspect the work, said he would do some of the repairs himself and his supervisor approved that for this coming Monday, but to call back Thursday to get a time. Nothing scheduled yesterday or today (Friday) for Monday, as promised. Call Center said they would send another message, but nothing they can do, can't get anyone to respond, offices closed at 4.

Window in my office. Broke overnight. Defective or not installed straight.

I cannot begin to express how bad of an experience hiring Window World has been. Sales person was great, knowledgeable, good samples, friendly. Ordered windows in August. Supply chain meant the windows were not installed until mid January. The installation was a mess. They left sawdust & debris in and outside of my house. Woke up and one of the windows had cracked. Meanwhile, the sliding glass door was not available to be installed until April 27. The installer did a no-call no-show on a friday that I stayed at home for. That Monday, he showed up, and during the installation, the installer broke the glass on the door. I still cannot get somebody to simply say "Yes, we have ordered the replacement and will have it by xx/xx/xxxx." I email David M, the gen mgr, I email and call installation & service. No call backs, no emails. But you can bet that accounting called to get that last payment.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with, over priced and extremely poor service. Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away.

We had Coomber construction come out about four years ago now when Mr. Cuba owned the company and…read morehe gave us a quote of $30,000 to put a three car carpool attached to our house. We left it a few months and then we called back and said can you come over and start the work well I'm being known to us. Cobridge sold the company to a guy named Zack Brooks, but still keep the name Coomber construction. He he came out the first time to look at the job and said he would send his engineer out so the engineer came out gave us a bunch a bunch of BS about how it would look and what it would be only to find out that he neglected to take into consideration the grade he got the position of the columns wrong three times. Which had to be taken down and moved .Not k owing anything about building garages ( apparently neither does Zack Brooks ) we let them carry on thinking they would make it right completely the wrong decision his. This was our first time hiring a contractor for anything his subcontractors with the exception of the roof roofing contractor Suncoast roofing did an absolutely garbage job on everything they touched. The garage floor looked like my grandchildren had laid it and had to be sanded grind down and skimmed three times and looked even worse than it did the first time we ended up just having shark coatings come out and doing it he wanted to charge me money for leftover materials by the roofing contractor that we're in that he left on the driveway but my wife moved back into the garage to keep it out of the rain. He said if you want to keep that will charge you $5000. My wife said we don't want the wood take it back and give us a refund well we never saw the refund. This man is all about overcharging under performing and just generally not having any idea what he was doing the only time he turned up at the job site was to pick up a check unfortunately I was out of state working so I wasn't able to keep a good eye on what he was up to the driveway. He charged me $4000 for looks like crap so he sent his guy out to fix it well they brought two more loads of crushed millings to fix the grade put the quality of the mailings are so awful. There are a chunks in there as big as my head during their excavation for the stumble they dug up the waterline because they couldn't be bothered to call call before you did and cut through our waterline which ruined all of our shower, faucets and valves, etc. inside the house which cost us $750 to have a plumber come in and clean them all out. His contract sign was left lying in our yard 10 months which really upset the inspector from the government building inspector.. It was just a litany of awful, awful, awful awful experiences. I wouldn't advise anybody to use this company. I can show you photographs of what happened and my advice is don't use this company. Find a reputable company. My overall opinion of this man is incompetent a rip off artist and only interested in getting money out of his clients not doing the job properly. Just as a footnote the job ended up costing us twice as much as we were initially quoted so angry. How do people get away with this crap and how do they get a contractors license?
