The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

Matt came…read moreto my home to measure and take notes on all doors needed for the project, sent the quote and we made a handful of adjustments, the quote was paid in full. Over time on the project, questions arose from the door installer (whom has been in the business for 30 years) like any other renovation and Matt was "too busy" and "didn't have time for back and forth" to answer questions with thoroughness nor attention to the project. Attached are several occasions where I just simply asked for a call and/or onsite visit and was told he was too busy. A call alone would have sufficed but they cannot even pick up the phone and call customers who are looking for clarification. I have called the office multiple times to speak to someone regarding the project and receive no calls back, I added one door to the project yet I'm being charged for multiple doors that should have arrived and been on the original invoice and I am STILL missing doors. When trying to get clarification on missing doors, Matt's response is "I'm pretending to know what I'm doing" and yet again, doesn't have time when I'm simply looking to him for guidance and answers. The amount of time he spent writing me dismissive emails he could have answered my questions in 15 seconds on the phone. Save yourself time, money, and headache and use a different company.
