Called last minute on a Saturday morning and was able to get scheduled same day so that was great!! Everything was great , the little waiting area was comfy and they let you watch Netflix. It was all great they were quick and my car looks good. Now fast forward two weeks later there are some small issues that need to be fixed such as bubbles, hairs etc. I called and left a message to try and get in so he can redo the job on my back window and still haven't heard back from them. Drove down to Chula Vista location since they told us the Fairmont location was under construction and not available for appointments. We decided to get my car tinted last minute and they were extremely flexible with us and got us in on the same day. The guy working did excellent on my car and I just love how he transformed my car. They put these neat stickers on your car to remind you not to roll your windows. They offer lifetime warranty. The prices are very reasonable. We came in here randomly after seeing they had a Yelp deal, and were so impressed. Initially we were going to just do the standard back tints, but saw how nice the full set they were finishing up looked and added the front windows, too. They have an awesome waiting area with couches, pillows, air conditioning, magazines, water, phone charging outlets, and a TV with Netflix for you to select whatever you feel like watching. The owner or manager in charge came in and updated us throughout and worked on our car too, and the workers were all very friendly and professional! We put on cartoons and relaxed, and could see everything they were doing while they worked through the glass door. Our back bumper was falling off and dented, and they actually fixed it for us for free!! The employees were very thorough and focused on every detail, and our tints are beautiful. We had a really hard time booking our original appt. No one answers the phone nor returns any calls. We finally booked however there was only one person working, and the tech could not install the tint on my new Camry after almost waiting 2 hours. To add, the color level we wanted for the front windows was not available. Because of the inconvenience he said come back when the owner Ruben Rosales was there, and he offered the "carbon series" on the front, and he would communicate to the owner. Again, trying to re-book was ridiculous.... if you are going to run a business have someone answering your phones!!! It was weeks later when we were finally able to get the tint installed. After the waiting period, we notices there were deep lines on the driver's window due to the tool they used, we called and tried to book another appt., again with the same issues. It was almost two months later when we were able to return. The prior times, we would show up and we would be told, oh can you come back, I'm here all by myself. Or we showed up at the Fairmont location..... only to find it was closed!!! So just this month in January 2019 (original install was November 2018) we met with the owner to fix the driver window. Prior to our appt. I also noticed on the left small back window there were 'gouges', and on the back bottom left window there were small bubbles. So I wanted my husband to address these additional issues during our appt. Not only was the owner rude when my husband reminded him to ensure and replace the driver window with the Carbon Series, he said NO WAY not at the price you paid. So my husband had to remind him what had previously transpired, and said "I would hope you would honor your employees word due to our inconvenience"!!! However, he would only replace the driver window..... and told my husband regarding the 'bubbles' on the back window, this sometimes happens due to dust or debris,....... seriously...... you are a professional, this is your business..... and that is your response.... not that you will make it right, or do what it takes to make your customer satisfied..... not to mention your warranty specifically states if at any time the adhesive fails it will be replaced!!!! We had my 2005 Acura tinted from a very small company, kinda like the guy next door..... and all of the windows look PERFECT!!! If this is the way he chooses to run his business and treats his customers, I don't see it lasting too long!!! We will never take any of our other vehicles to him/his company, and I plan on being very forth coming with my experience to everyone I know!!!! read more

Ok. So I call this guy who works there ,he sounds high. (I smoke, I don't care) just saying , I'm calling a business. I tell him I'm calling around getting quotes , He says ya for back window it's $60. I said ok cool . Asked him again , so my back window $60. He says just be here after 4. I'm like ok . I drive all the way there thinking he is gonna change price when I get there. What do you know it , I pull he automatically starts trying to up the price. Talking about o I didn't know this and that. He will get you to drive there then try to up price. Just sharing my experience and to top that off he is some what of a smart ass on the phone. There is so many other window tint places out here. He is a fool for treating any customer this way. Also. I have a twin and brother in law that where gonna get there's done as well. Who ever is the business owner should fire him.
