One will be the great value - he charges very competitive rate and it is a flat rate based on number of windows which means that he honors the quote he gives during bidding and does not try to overcharge like some other companies do low bidding to win the contract and then charging more after showing up. This company is amazing. We bought our home a few months ago and it looked like the windows were never cleaned. They were pure black all around. Then Phil came and made them brand new again. Phyllip is the man! I had him wash the windows at our house in Pleasanton as well as replace a couple of window screens and also wash some dirty lamp-posts. He did an amazing job. On the phone when I booked him he mentioned he was a meticulous person and I thought wow, I gotta see what this guy means! Let me tell you, all the windows are buttery smooth and crystal clear now. He even got in all the nooks and crannies of the window and door jambs and removed the gunk that was built up. Phil did a great job on my house including my sunroom! He is very thorough and even wears those "booties" on his shoes when inside the house so he doesn't track any dirt into the house. If I could, I would give Phil 10 stars! It's been challenging to find good, reliable, honest, clean cut, and reasonable contractors, but Phil is a welcome exception. He was very respectful, friendly, and nice from the first phone phone call until the time he finished the work. We had just moved into a large (1999) house which appeared to have had owners who had never had the windows cleaned. Over the phone, Phil gave me a very reasonable estimate to wash all 29 windows, pressure wash the house, and fix 6 screens. Upon arrival, Phil concurred about how much work he'd have to do, but did not try to raise the estimate or add fees. He arrived on time, worked all day, and left when it started to to get dark. Because he also pressure washed the house and fixed 6 screens, and did not rush the job, he returned the next day to work the same long hours. On the second morning, upon noticing that it was trash pick up day and I hadn't remembered to put my bins out, he even did it for me! He was so pleasant, professional, and considerate, it was pleasure to have him working around and in the house. He eventually plans to branch into home inspection, but I can tell that whether it's window washing or another occupation, he will be a success because of his integrity and great service. read more
