They came over yesterday to do the gutter and solar panel cleaning, and Carlos noticed that the shaded half of the roof was covered with thick algae. (Thanks to his handy drone camera, I could see for myself.) Not only bad for the tiles, but extremely dangerous to walk on! When wet, it's super slippery. Since we're selling our house, I didn't want not want any issues with the inspection (nor endanger the inspector). Carlos gave a quote range and was able to squeeze in the job the very next day (it took several hours, easily half the day), and before the forecasted rain! He cleaned my roof and solar panels a few days later. I had asked him, how long it would take, and he said 5 hours. It took him 7 hours at no extra charge. He did an impeccable job. During the cleaning, he used his drone to update me on his cleaning progress. I saw pictures of shiny solar panels, and I could compare the cleaned tiles with the dirty tiles. We had contacted Simply Clean and we received a message right back within 5-10 minutes and was able to receive and estimated cost which was reasonably priced. Carlos set up an appointment within one day, which was great. He came with his partner and they check in and went straight to work. He took before photos and after photos, which was very helpful. We have an in-law home on the property and he gave me a quote and was able to clean the gutters on that home too. They also cleaned up after themselves and washed down the cement, driveway and around the house. All the gutter debris they stored in clear plastic 10 gallon bags. They were very respectful of our property and assured us that we would be happy with the results of their work.
