I highly recommend this company. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows along with the amazing crew that installed them. Window Wall took a week to install our windows and door and every day their employees left our home spotless. Even the window inspector was impressed! After the inspection, Window Wall came back to finish the job in a timely manner. They even made sure the windows were cleaned and beautiful to look at. I would not recommend Window Wall to anyone. My experience has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional projects I have ever dealt with. * I placed my order in March 2025 for windows and doors. * June 2025: The windows were installed, but the door never arrived. I later found out it was never even ordered due to their mistake. * July 2025: I was told the order was finally placed and it would take a month. * August 15, 2025: The wrong doors were installed. Again, I was told this was the manufacturer's mistake. * August 20, 2025: The replacement was scheduled, but the crew didn't have the correct installation materials, forcing me to lose yet another day of work. * August 21, 2025: The correct doors were finally installed -- five months after I first ordered them. When I expressed my frustration, I was told repeatedly: "There's nothing more we can do to compensate you. You signed a contract." This response is unacceptable. I lost approximately $1,500 in income because I had to take five additional days off work to accommodate their repeated mistakes and rescheduled installations. The burden of these errors should not fall on the customer. After weeks of waiting for a professional response to rectify this issue, I was offered a $500 gag clause to keep my negative experience quiet and I was asked to guarantee in writing that I would not post my honest review. I did not accept that bribe. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a five-month ordeal of delays, errors, and dismissive customer service. Window Wall has shown no accountability for their mistakes, no respect for the customer's time, and no willingness to make this right. I would never recommend using this company. I honestly thought "family owned" would mean family owned service. THAT IS FAR FROM THE TRUTH! You call and never get the same person even if they say they are giving you their direct number. They use a google based system so texting or calling the number your sales agent gives you does not go to that person. You leave a message and they never call you back. I told every single person I talked to that I live in MN and this home is in St Petersburg so I can't be there every time they need to get in. I had to arrange for someone to be there. 3 times it took them to measure the windows. The bill was messed up because they kept trying to bill me for windows I did not want replaced. After 5 months they finally called saying the windows were ready for install. That went fine but when they were completed the installer called me from his truck requesting I give him my bank account information over the phone for final payment. That seemed sketchy so I asked if I could mail a check. Again I am in MN so I sent a check to the address he gave and 9 days later got it back in the mail. I called again and left a message that it had been returned. They chose to call my son in law looking for payment? Today my neighbor calls and tells me that they went to my property and posted this letter on all of my windows. Most unprofessional service I have ever seen. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! Save yourself the trouble and find a different company. This is where I am at today. The balance has already been paid in full. $25,000 dollars! Now, I am beyond embarrassed all my neighbors had to see this posted on ALL the windows! Someone from that company went to my home and taped this letter to all of by brand new windows. Had my sliding glass doors replaced. The installation was terrible. They had to come out 3 more times to try and make it right. Which they didn't. The doors still hang up when you slide them. Most of their installers dont speak English. They knew the doors were not right after they installed them and still acted as if they were fine and wanted them paid for in full. Only the manager has the proper laser equipment to confirm the doors are level and not skewed. He was supposed to be at the last service call but he didnt bother to come. I expected to be treated better after spending over 20K with them. read more

Upon inspecting the insulation they had installed two different windows. after 8 weeks we were informed that they had finally got in the replacement. came to install them and they only had 1 of the 4 windows needed. I asked them at this stage to contact the finance company and hold all payments. They said they had been in constant contact with the finance dept, long story short they never called them The one thing I cannot stand is being lied to. bottom line we are at 12 weeks now and we still don't have our window in. Friday 2/2/2024 I received an estimate for one double hung window in my front living space. The rep Tyler was nice enough and really won me on the privately owned Window Wall company that was said to have the utmost concern for client experience and quality. On Friday 4/4/2024, two men showed up to install my window. Neither spoke English. Not only was the wrong window installed (a single hung versus the double hung I had requested), they tried to leave with the job appearing shoddy -- picture a 1 cm plus space between my window frame and the wall. When I pointed out the space to the installer. I received a "shoulder shrug" and only rudeness from the installer that it wasn't his concern. Well when you are paying $3,300 for one window - it better be a concern and you better not leave my home worse than you found it!! Enter Rafa Torres who showed up after I put a call in requesting someone from their management ASAP. Rafa listened to me and pretended to care about my experience. They offered me $1,000 off to keep the incorrect window that I had not had my heart set on. Instead I said I would like the window I had requested but would appreciate a discount since now this has become a poor experience. Rafa acted as if he cared and supposedly passed that on to his boss in the management chain. This past Friday 6/14/24 the correct double hung window was installed. Those installers were professional. I was also given the new city permit for future inspection that day. When it was time to pay - I was surprised that there was no discount (not even $200). I explained that I had only chosen this company because of their presenting themselves as one who cared about their customers and priding themselves on a great seamless experience. Rafa instead made an asinine analogy of comparing McDonald's (other companies) to steak (supposedly window wall). What a dumb and ignorant sounding comparison considering this an expensive window involving my owned home!! That alone showed me he was clueless as to caring about the customer experience. Today is 6/21/2024 and the city inspector showed up and wouldn't you know it --- BOTH permits given to me by window wall, for the 4/4 install and the 6/14 install, were for a single hung window. Now I AGAIN must wait for the window wall saga to end -- for them to give me the correct permit and reschedule with the city inspector. CEO Eduardo Martinez -- your management system below you needs some major introspection. Though my window *so far* seems high quality and to be installed well. I do NOT recommend this company based on my experience with their multiple errors, their disinterest in the client experience, and drawing out an experience that should have been over 11 weeks ago now! read more

My experience with Window Wall staff could serve as an industry model for delivery and installation of windows, along with excellent customer service. I had 17 windows replaced, 4 of which were half circle arches. Although I was initially advised the removal and replacement activities would take several days to accomplish, the installers worked with incredible agility, completing the project in one day. Window Wall staff respected my home and furnishings, covering furniture and cleaning as they worked. I am very critical of contractors at my residence, anticipating only quality products and services. Window Wall exceeded every aspect of my expectations; I highly recommend them for any new windows engagement. read more

The sales guy who came to give us an estimate insisted that we had to purchase hurricane impact sliding glass doors, even though we're not in an impact zone, before ever hearing from us what we wanted. He wanted the nearly 10k sale and not interested in what we wanted. Do not bother with this company, find someone who will listen to you first and not demand anything of you. read more

We bought a new house and needed all new windows. We wanted the best grade because it's a small house, close to the coast, and in Florida. This happened beginning in 2022, I just wasn't able to post due to many other things going on. They push our install date back a couple of times because of window production. The office is horrible about contacting you throughout the process and can be quite rude. The day comes for installation and it's a third-party contractor. By this point, they were already out there and we needed the windows desperately. They were unprofessional and messed up in many areas. Window Wall claims they clean up the mess, well they didn't inside or out. I ended up finding more than 15 pieces of glass outside from both the new and old windows. I have 2 dogs that could've been seriously injured. The caulk job was so awful I could've done a better job as someone who does not do much handy work at all. Multiple windows didn't close properly and needed to be fixed. I called and spoke with Steve who took everything I said very personally, was extremally unprofessional, and I could tell has an anger issue. I then called and spoke with Joe or John the owner who was professional and took my worries down but told me they can't do much about the look of the installations without "messing up the windows themselves" but would come to fix a few of the issues that he could. He ended up coming with Steve. who quite literally had a temper tantrum in our living room and on the street. The other guy had to lead him outside and I am assuming calm him down. This company was unbelievable and it is awful that we are now stuck with this company for life with the "lifetime warranty". In short, STAY FAR, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND WALLET. read more

Be aware that the windows that you are quoted and pay for may not be the windows that are installed. After installation, my windows did not pass inspection because the specs on the paperwork given to the city did not match the windows that were installed. The city inspector said that they could not comment whether the windows were of lesser quality. I contacted WindowWall by phone and a letter asking for how the windows quoted differ from the windows installed. They are ignoring my requests for an explanation. I seem to have nice windows but have no idea whether I was taken, paying more than what the windows are worth! Not recommend!! read more

I will say, and didn't in my previous post that the installers who came and installed the windows were excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and when they left, the only way you knew they were here was the new windows. The experience was terrible and anything wrong that could have happened did; however, John apologized profusely and did everything he could to improve the situation.
