I'm not sure if this place is legit or not but.....WOW!! I called the number listed and left a message letting them know that I was looking for an estimate for dent removal. I immediately got a text saying who is this? What do you want and what is the purpose of your call. I message back and said I was looking for a dent removal business is that what you do. Whoever runs this business replied back to me and said, "Again...Who are you? What's the purpose and what do you want" At this point, I thought maybe it was the wrong number so I went back to check from the website and to my disbelief, it was actually the correct phone number. The next message I got via text from him was: "you are blocked. if you can't even communicate in a simple text message, I don't want your business" so to say the least, do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time with this guy. Either he wants his business to diminish or he hates the world. My guess is that he sucks at his job and he doesn't want to deal with having to come back multiple times because of complaints. There's three other dent removal places here on the Emerald coast and one of them is extremely professional. Don't even waste your time here move on. The name dent magic fits him well because this can't be real. UPDATE** The "owner" replied to my review and as he has done in previous replies to other reviews, he called me a "liberal", which I had to laugh at because it is SOOO far from the truth. Regardless of political beliefs, that's probably not how you want to earn new biz. He says all his biz comes from referrals. I contacted them via a Yelp form, which allowed me to upload a picture of the damage to my car. They replied promptly, but ultimately were very rude. I asked for a number where I could call them, and indicated I attached a photo. Wes said "No photos attached. You found Our listing so You have access to Our numbers. We work from referrals only in 90% of Our business. We are happy You found Is on Yelp. But number is listed. So...Nothing more will be done via texting." Doesn't sound like he wants my business. Very rude. PS - Definitely not a "woke liberal". Funny that he made that comparison in his text. I simply asked if he received the picture that the system allowed me to upload when it took my request, and his phone number. Wow, what a rude and illiterate jerk. Do yourself a favor and don't try to contact. They don't answer the phone if they don't know the number and then start sending rude texts. I wish I had read the other reviews before trying to contact. They need some very basic lessons in how to run a business and how to communicate with people. Too bad I can't leave ZERO stars. Update: This person is psychotic. He's trying to say I'm committing insurance fraud but I told him I already received my insurance settlement, I just want to pay to fix a few dents. He is the one who is attempting to commit insurance fraud and I do have it in writing that he says can get the repairs done at no cost to me. That is insurance fraud. I have forwarded all of these details to Yelp as well as the local authorities. Just so you all know, when I called this out of state number there is no voice mail message to identify who you have called. So, I didn't leave a message. Wow. There are a couple other reviews here that seem to show a consistent pattern of hostility to potential customers. This was my experience as well. The guy seems super paranoid, made lots of assumptions about me, was rude and generally unpleasant to deal with. Maybe they are great once they work on a car with a problem in their wheelhouse, but the owner or whoever it is I interacted with should probably not be handling customer communications. read more

I called this business and was trying to schedule an appointment but the owner of the company as he identified himself was extremely rude and condescending.
