Following a guest complaint regarding the condition of the property, I terminated their services. Their final clean at my property was on June 1, 2026. My primary warning to other STR hosts concerns how management handles client feedback. After I left a low-to-moderate, good-faith review on Google detailing my experience, the owner called me directly and threatened legal action to pressure me into removing it. Attempting to silence honest consumer feedback with litigation threats is highly unprofessional and contravenes the spirit of the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act. I am rating this business 2-stars strictly based on this hostile conduct. Future customers should be fully aware that raising valid quality concerns or leaving anything less than a 5-star review may result in hostile phone calls and aggressive demands.
