If I could give 0 star I would but sadly I can't!!!! I just want to start off by saying that this place is the worst place on earth! My mom came today to do her nails and they did such a bad job my mom doesn't speak English so when she tried telling them that they don't look the same they told her it's your finger that's like that!!!!!!!!! I'm sorry whattttttt????? I called her and cussed her out and she told me to come will fix it for her and I told her you will do a pedicure for her for the bad job and the inconvenience you caused! So my mom goes again and instead of doing a whole new set she tried filing them! Made them worse and I told her to do her pedicure she refused when I got off the phone with my mom! I called her again and said you better do it! She wouldn't do it so then she finally said okay I will do the pedicure she put her in the chair and when I got off the phone again she told my mom I'm not painting your toes I'm just cleaning them! Amazing service! I sat down, it was very peaceful and quick, they had a waterfall in the front and it sounded really nice while I was waiting. It was a really friendly warm experience the owner of the store seems sincerely nice she was really sweet talking to me and gave me a few business cards etc. The store is a really peaceful place, warm, mostly quiet except for some social chatting, they had many green plants, it was extremely cozy and room temperature making it a perfect spa. When I left my hands were soft from the hand cream they had put on and my nails were very beautifully done and shimmery. 10/10 rating and 5/5 stars! (My brother and dad were with me and they agreed too it was an extremely nice well kept clean place.) read more

Came in on a Friday night needing a gel fill on short nails, single colour gel polish. Had to ask three times for them to be slightly shortened then oval shaped. Technician seemed to be backing up and repeating several steps that had not actually been effective, and seemed to flap the hand file around rather than taking effective strokes. She took three personal phone calls during the 90 minutes I was in the chair. My nails ended up slightly rounded square, and I had to fix several rough spots once I got home. The polish was evenly and expertly applied, however. Charged me $51, which I also overheard her give as an estimate to someone asking for new acrylic tips with fancy hand painting. Had to make a police report because the lady wouldn't stop slapping my hand telling me to leave after REFUSING to fix my nail... the man then proceeded to push me because my chair hit the table. Had to have mall security save me because the man kept ripping his gloves off trying to come at me. read more

Went in for shellac, lady was rushing and even made my cuticles bleed. My nails are really lumpy, the coat isn't even, and she complained when I wanted her to file my nails down more... I'm paying for the service do it good or don't do it at all.. the man that did my sisters nails was very nice and he took his time, her nails turned out amazing. So recommending him and next time going to him instead, but I don't know which lady did mine but if I new her name I'd put it in here to know to avoid her. Also they were out of many of the nail polishes that I wanted, I asked for 3 different ones before they found one that wasn't empty. Considering going here again but definitely requesting the man next time. read more

The service they provide is usually quick and friendly. They take walk ins and you usually don't have to wait long, if you have an appointment they will take you right away. Some of the nail techs are more skilled than others. Would recommend this place. read more

Tecumseh mall location. Went for a manicure and regular polish. The owner recommended shellac ($30 + tax + tip). I have had shellac before and love it but I don't like the hassle of going back to have it removed. Nevertheless, I was on my lunch so I agreed to the shellac mainly because it dries instantly. Exactly one week later the polish peeled off of 2 nails, the next day another nail peeled so I returned to Windsor nails on the 9th day (only to have them remove the polish as my nails looked horrible). I was told I had to pay $10 to have it removed. Shellac should last 2 weeks! I told them I would go pay someone else to remove it as I refuse to spend another dime there. read more

giving it a 3/5 because i was pleased with how my nails turned out we came for an event and it was just us 3 there with a reservations when we got there there werent enough staff so only one of us got their nails done first the rest had to wait 20 mins for someone to show up... however when i went to pay the lady asked me how much im tipping which was odd because i was taken aback by how straight forward it came out i told her how much and she said "are you sure thats the amount?" and i didnt know how to react so overall terrible management but talented nail experts read more

I went to the Amy Croft location to get my eyebrows done because I have gone before and they did a good job. But this time, not so much. They didn't listen to my instructions to not make a large space between my eyebrows, and now they are super far apart and one is higher up than the other. I would have been better off to just do them myself. Just in time for the holidays and Christmas pictures, thanks SO much !!! read more
