I called about the first of March for a quote on a new retractable awning because it was first of the season I got Manny here in no time I had dealt with Manny and this company before so I was sure I would be again. I asked for a time frame for installation he said the end of March. Surprise yesterday it was installed the three fellas were happy and I felt they enjoyed their work. In a matter of a couple of hours my black on black awning was up. This company has been in Windsor a long time. I didn't need hassles so I went with WT&A. my purchase on my previous home was great. As far as price I trusted him to be fair. I felt he was. I was so excited when it was done and the guys were smiling to see my excitement. So now I wait for warm weather to enjoy my deck. Don't wait too long because of the great service and products you will want this company to install your awnings. read more

Drove up to our home to find two Windsor Tent & Awning trucks parked in front. A team of workers installing our new awning over the back porch. They worked hard and fast, in no time the team had the huge awning installed and I have to say it looks absolutely stunning. The workers were friendly, cheerful and pleasant. They were like a well oiled machine, each one knew what they had to do and did their job professionally. The camaraderie amongst the team of workers was amazing. The structure and awning fit perfectly, great work from the whole team at Windsor Tent and Awning. Thank you so much, we are really enjoying the newest addition to our home. read more

Being a retired Engineer I appreciate the robustness of the side arm construction and the quiet/smooth operation of the awning when opening and closing. 10 year standard warranty and inclusive LED lightening where their main competitor charges you for this by going with their upgraded models at a significant cost increase over their base model. Also better fabric selection with the Marygrove models from what I saw where we were definately more enamored with their fabrics over their main competition which was a big deal for us. As a tip, when you do your competitive analysis/quotes make sure you do an apples to apples comparison where you look at all the variables. The competition will reel you in with the low cost less robust model and then persuade you to upgrade with what Marygrove offers as standard. Just my two cents here.
