The customer service here was absolutely amazing! The manage Keke made the experience truly special, helping pick out every dress and getting excited as my niece tried each one on. She even helped us pick a prom dress and a graduation day dress. I highly recommend coming here, I even drove over an hour to come here and I am so glad I did! read more

Very cute clothing. Unfortunately the customer service at this location is horrible. I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes with one item waiting to be rung up. The cashier makes eye contact with me and instead of saying oh ,are you ready to check out? she makes eye contact with me and completely disregards me. She then starts folding clothes in a box off to the side while I was obviously waiting. She then proceeds to have a full on conversation with the other cashier next to her about personal business right in front of me. On top of all this the dressing rooms were not clean in the slightest and clothes were all over the floor. Additionally there was a line of about four people waiting for dressing rooms and instead of the other cashier who wasn't doing anything going to help them she kept going on with her conversation! read more

If I could do a negative, I would... This was the worst experience of my life... The girl who was managing the fitting rooms had her apple ear buds in the whole time as she carried on a conversation with another co-worker on their ear buds.. After waiting for 30 mins for a fitting room we had to hear about her dates and how much she hated working late... A customer walked up and as she walked away the girl talked about how her hair looked on the phone in front of everyone standing in line. This is the rudest store I have ever seen in my life... I'm sure there are come good workers but most of these women need to be let go... no acceptable and very unprofessional read more

Customer service is the worst I have gone several times to the store but it's because of the clothing, every time I go the customer service is terrible I asked them if they can bring down a dress or something for me and there are three girls none of them help they just say to ask another girl , sometimes they roll there eyes and walk away completely ignoring me, sadly this has happened more then once. It takes them 10 min to cash me out cuz they debate of who's gonna do it cuz none want to, I really think they should get replaced all of them are terrible and clearly don't wanna be there. read more

Me and my girlfriend were looking in the store and had found some really cute pieces of clothing, that she was very excited to try out. We headed to the fitting rooms to so she could try out what she had found and was greeted by the employee who was working the fitting room. She didn't even say "hey we close in 10 minutes as a heads up" nope. She took out her phone and with the most sour of attitudes she stated "uhh we close in 10 minutes" and turned around ignoring us without offering to open a fitting room. The customer service was a zero out of ten. If you are that miserable then why are you even working there, so thank you for that. You lost the store some last minute sells and we would not recommend anyone to go there because the 16 year old girls that work there will treat you with the worst kind of attitude. read more

I love this store and I come here all the time. The store had a great sale going on and I took advantage. Sydney was the girl helping me out. The things that I had already tried on and wanted to buy, she offered to keep them behind the cashier. I agreed because it made my shopping easier. While checking out, I added a pair of earrings in the end. They were almost 13$. I leave, get in my car and realize she forgot a baseball cap I had handed her from the very start of my shopping. No biggie, I go back in and mention the hat. She also acknowledged she had forgot about. When I get home, I look through all my things and can't find the earrings I purchased. I look through my car and nothing. I called the store but it was already closed, I left a message with my phone number and no one got back to me. Another day goes by and I call again. I was told to come into the store and we will see what we can do. I come in and is taken care of by Amirah, the manager on duty. She looks through the inventory only to find out that there's 4 earrings, what the computer says there should be in stock. She says she can't give me a pair of free earrings although I had already paid for them. She calls her boss and explains the situation. Her boss says the same thing. She calls Sydney, and Sydney claims to have put them in the bag, which in my honest opinion isn't true. She was having trouble scanning the earrings and had her boss do it for her. Maybe they were misplaced, maybe they were scanned and put somewhere else. All I know is, that I paid for something I never received. I ended up having to re buy a pair of the same earrings I never received even with a 40% discount. The fact that I had to drive 45 mins north for one of my favorite stores and end up with not only a waste of time & has but also a waste of money. It upsets me the lack of honesty from Sydney and her uncaring approach to her work. I'll continue to shop here. Just be mindful and double check that they put everything in your bag before walking out the door. Or else, you'll pretty much feel accused of making up a story. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. It was my first time ever coming in & it will sure be my last. I was astonished by the employees there. I never got a welcoming hello (even when making eye contact). When I asked for help, the girl was so rude & nasty. Everyone there had no smile on their face. Way to set a positive atmosphere guys! Working in retail, I know it can be frustrating & hard work but I would me embarrassed to work in there. Will never spend money there. read more
