Jessica was beyond helpful! I purchased a bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal about 8 months ago for my future sister-in-laws wedding. Unfortunately with COVID restrictions, the wedding was postponed to June. In that time, I got pregnant and and due 2 weeks before the new wedding date. Jessica helped guide me toward the right size dress to fit my post-partum body for the June wedding and exchanged my smaller size dress with no trouble at all. Beyond grateful for an easy experience! My experience was unusual as guest of the bride with dress fitting first encounter with a lady rude unhelpful bad attitude after a member of our group asked for help she did not want to give her name but found it was Deseray [or something close to it ] a mid sized women in the front of the store: the second encounter was with a stylist polite but reeked of marijuana her eyes red other members of our group also noticed saying they could smell it while getting fitted and when she spoke I'm sensitive to the smell step away for a bit her name was Mariah a thinner women with long braided hair was our styler very unusual experience at this store. read more

Earlier in the week my bridesmaid and i walked in the store no acknowledgement just some people at the front desk chattering while we are struggling to find dresses after ignoring us for about 15 min A women named A.J came over when I told her we have been looking on our own she said we don't help you find special occasions dresses so you can self service. We wanted assistance and she sent a poorly dressed lady that was sitting at the desk chatting with her who also had an attitude after we asked to pull a few items and wanted to know if they can be ordered in other colors . I honesty though they both were customers because of the way they dressed and not to be ill but very smelly and what seemed like street clothing not clothing that a bridal attendant would wear the attitudes here are quite horrible and after receiving a sharp look after speaking in Spanish to my family was appaled I have been here in the past and had an similar experience but thought I would try it again after this im done I will never shop this place again they don't know how to treat people a older lady I think her name was Linsy was nice and tried to be helpful and reminded me that the name of the lady who half helped was named Miya or Niya while looking for dresses i asked for the supervisors name but when told it was the AJ lady we were over it and went to another bridal place it was more expensive but at least we were treated kindly will never step foot in this place the service is horrible an d the people helping aren't even dressed for work flip flops and smelly clothes with holes and unheard of attitudes just all around disappointing save your money for a place that will at least help you without an attitude read more

The service was horrible! I went in to look for a wedding dress, and the ladies at the front said they were only seeing customers by appointment. Their attitudes were unwelcoming and made me feel out of place. I'm unsure if the African man was the manager, but he was very rude and unhelpful as well. The service was not pleasant. 1. They had our appointment date incorrect in their system. 2. Our consultant was not attentive, she was all over the place constantly leaving us. Was not very warm and friendly. 3. Showed a picture of a style we liked and asked if they had anything similar in store, the selection was very slim. She showed us a couple of dresses, then said "look around and I'll be back". Not helpful. 4. Did not even measure my flower girls. We did not have an appointment but they offered us a walk in which we did, but then were reminded many times that we did not have an appointment and that she was taking care of someone else. The selection was minimal and the dresses were not in great condition. We did not receive the services that we were told we were going to receive. I always hear mixed reviews but this place sucks. The dresses are okay but our visit was horrible. The lady's who help were nice but not prepared, didn't know my sister's size or what she wanted after she filled out a survey about her size and the spelling of her name and also told the lady her size at the place when we made the appointment. Also her name was spelled wrong on the door today when she was trying on dresses and she said something about it she was told it's okay. Like wtf. Also we waited a very long time to get someone to work with us and we had a appointment. We will not be back. I would highly suggest you book your appointment somewhere else, the first time trying on dresses should be a happy special moment and these people were very unorganized and unprofessional. Bridesmaid gown shopping is never something I get excited about; albeit, it's an honor and privilege to be a part of one's special day. I had visited this store previously and my experience was mediocre. This visit was by appointment and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Simon. We were a group of three to include the Bride. Our initial purpose was to select the bridal party gowns. We explained to Simon what we wanted and he made it effortless by uploading our desired sizes and available styles on his iPad. He then pulled the dresses we liked from the populated results. During this time, we convinced the Bride to try on a dress or two for us even though she had already purchased a dress. The previously purchased dress is beautiful, but not an actual gown. Needless to say, her excitement heightened once she saw herself in a bridal gown. Simon returned with our dresses and assisted the Bride while we donned our dresses. The Bride explained to him she had a dress at home and showed him a photo. He suggested it would be a great reception dress. We agreed so she provided a description as to what she desired in a gown. Simon selected the perfect gown! It was not only on point with her desired look, but she looked amazing in the dress. Allegedly, Simon doesn't typically work with brides. If this is true, brides are missing out because he has an eye for bridal fashion and a great personality. He should be blessing more brides with his talent. We all said Yes to dresses and enjoyed our shopping experience. I recommend visiting Simon at this location for your wedding apparel needs. read more

She was very patient with me as I tried on wedding dresses, and pulled some amazing dresses out for me that she thought would fit me best. I actually ended up choosing a dress that she pulled for me as a suggestion! After I said yes to the dress she helped my bridesmaids try on some beautiful gowns! My bestfriend is having a destination wedding and of course came to Davids Bridal for her dress. First visit she had a GREAT team (sorry cant remember names), found the perfect dress and fell in love!!! On her first fitting, she was told all the alterations they agreed on, could not be done on her dress. Devastated, but optimistic she found a new dress, that required significantly less alterations. a month later, at her final pick up, they handed her the dress, stating it was finished. She asked to try it on and NOTHING was done, and there was a now HUGE hole in the side and safety pins still holding up her straps. What a horrible experience during what should have been one of the greatest! The seamstress told my bestfriend  that her removable train should be sown on, and her vision for her dress was ugly, and when she didn't agree with the seamstress idea, she walked out of the fitting and said she will not help. The replacement that came in said it was her last day so she too was over it. She spoke with a manager who refund 10% of the $400 she paid for alterations and asked her to come back again in a week to pick up the dress.  (3 days before she flies out for the weeding and she travels almost 2 hours to this store!) The day before the pick up, she gets a call from another seamstress stating "Hi - they just threw your dress on my desk and i'm seeing pins everywhere, is this how you want it?" WHAT??!!!! This conversation was followed by a call from the manager arguing that the dress was done, but they are short staffed and things are delayed. That is not her problem! The next day (today!) she arrives for her appointment to pick up her dress and is now sitting In her car for 45 mins in the RAIN waiting for the dress because yet AGAIN her dress was not finished. This is by far the WORST wedding dress experience EVER!!!! She should be refunded the full cost of the alterations. As 8+ year event planner and a future bride myself, this is not the type of customer service i would have anticipated. I would NEVER recommend or use Davids Bridal after this. And you can save your automatic response because we can't just redo the experience of picking their wedding dress. You're team failed miserably! read more

My sister and I stopped by this David's location while on vacation in Palm Beach. I recently got engaged and this was my first time trying on dresses. I was nervous (don't like attention lol). The minute we walked in every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. Lianys helped me with my bridal apt and listened to everything I was wanting. I was able to browse through the dresses and choose what I liked. It was very laid back we came on a Monday morning And the store wasn't filled to the brim with other shoppers. I thought I was choosing The right styles for my body but Lianys ended up pulling the most beautiful dress and it was the one I said yes to! She is an expert and knows what she is doing! Lianys was so relaxed, helpful, and gave her honest opinion. I never felt pressured at all to make a purchase and she even selected the perfect veil for my dress and helped me decide which color to choose. They sold me a dress that had bronzer and lipstick on the inside with a few hanging beads on the front. I was told when I come back for alterations they would fix and clean the dress. I bought and knowing it felt like a used dresss but thinking it was the only one. I get home and the dress is online in the color I want. The dress wasn't even shipped yet to the store, on my receipt it states you have 14 days to return/refund dress once receiving... I've been to this location a few times... most recently for a wedding in December... Okay, soo the store itself is in a good location. Military Trail and Okeechobee. The thing with David's Bridal is its a cookie cutter style... What sets each store apart is a great customer service experience... The staff were okay, not too enthusiastic: I mean, its a wedding- share in the excitement of the moment! The store itself is clean and has a fair amount of 'try-on' options.. still have to order most styles and shipping takes 6-8 weeks. If customer service was better than this store would be better... read more

The staff is nice enough. The restroom aren't clean like in a way u can tell that it's done in a rush on a daily basis but u can see dust, pee stains, and old poop on the toilet seat. The soap dispensers falling apart also don't look clean. Floors are also dirty. Not sure if it's corporate or franchise owned but they need to do better or hire staff to clean it. Use the restroom before ur appointment or hold it. I'm actually disappointed. read more

Came here again with the bride-to-be again out of convenience and again ughhhhhhh (eye roll)... The first time we came here was for the bride and to find her dress. The appointment was made weeks in advance and when we got there we were told that the bridal associate did not start their shift until 30 minutes after our appointment was scheduled for. WTF. So we waited around and looked at some dresses. We were the. Scolded by another associate for taking them off the rack with out an associate helping us. That would have been nice to know. Our associate was finally there and ready to start. She spoke to the bride from or a few moments and we showed her the dresses we had already picked out to try. She set up the room and we started to try on dresses. Not being super sold on any of the options so far she started to go and pull dresses. However, all of them were the same exact style we all told her she did not like. Each dress nearly the same thing by a different designer. We do t really care who makes the dress. Just how it looks and what she wants. Some how as we were about ready to give up, the door to the fitting room next to the bride opened up and I spotted. Dress in that room. A few other dresses were attempted and finally pointed out the dress in the other fitting room to the maid of honor. It was in her size in the exact style we were looking for and it ended up being THE DRESS. But again, the sales associate could don't the correct slip so we went and were speaking with the alterations department and she were able to find the correct slip. Our bridal assistant also had another appointment come in while we were there and ended up spending the majority of the end our appointment with her other appointment even though we had more than 30 minutes left in the brides appointment. Obviously their scheduling is not up to par. If it weren't for the nice manager who was on shift who calmed the situation down I don't think she would have left with a dress that day. Also, I find it ridiculous that they charge for a garment bag for a dress and that a wedding dress comes in a bag no better than a bag you would get from a dry cleaner. (This is definitely a long story short) We came back recently because it is the closest one to the treasure coast and tried on 2 versions of one option for brides maid dresses. Same dress. Just a decision between short or long. Although we did not have an appointment we waited around to be shown which fitting room we could use and we were on our own. read more

Eh ok. The first time I came here as a bride, the customer service reeked. The staff was overloaded was appointments and they failed to give the attention I deserved. I refused to buy my dress out of there after that experience. So when I went back in there to try on some dresses for a friend's wedding since I'm one of the bridesmaids, I was hesitant to step in there. The consultant greeted us and guided us into the back. I have to say that she actually gave us the attention and her opinions when they were asked of her. We tried on seven dresses since the undecided bride wanted to decide which one would be the perfect fit for her as well as us. Surprisingly. No rush to get out of there either. Another surprise. The joys of being a bride. Would I recommend this place after my second experience? Probably not. It makes a hell of a lot of difference when you are a bride and a bridesmaid. read more
