The experience has been a total nightmare and we will likely have to pivot and find another company to go with. We stopped into the Willow Grove location last month to set up an account with suit separates for the groomsmen. Two groomsmen are located in FL but both have Men's Wearhouse near them. It was quite busy the day we stopped in, but the manager on duty eventually assisted us. Her name was Thereza. Thereza created our account and scanned each item (jacket, shirt, vest and pants) so that the guys knew exactly what they would be wearing. She incorrectly entered my fiancé's email address and therefore he was not getting any emails with updates. She also misspelled one of the groomsman's names. None of this information was verified prior to submission. This could have been avoided. She only provided a slip with our group number and sent us on our way. To make matters worse, one of the groomsman went to a location near him to get measured and the associate claimed nothing was in the system. They didn't know which suit style or color because the profile Thereza created was allegedly blank. We called the Willow Grove store to complain and they refused to give us the name of the district manager. We were also told Men's Wearhouse no longer does alterations on pants, which is pretty silly. The service here is embarrassing and I hate to say this, but I don't think we will ever come back.

Here's what BS has wrong: management and customer service. And these are big when the price tags are equivalent to high end department stores where you can also find the same amenities. BS also has an extreme ALL SALES FINAL return policy. Much like other reviewers, I had a dress special ordered for my son's wedding. I had three fitting appointments. At each store visit, my salesperson, Rocky, styled me with sportswear for the wedding weekend and beyond. By my last appointment, I had spent almost triple the price of my MOG gown, but I was pleased to have supported a female-owned small business, and I told the owner, Sara, exactly that. . When I left the store my MOG gown fit perfectly. Rocky and Sara packed it for me, and I was assured they had sold lots of dresses by this manufacturer, and the dress would travel well. That was not the case. Getting dressed for the wedding I discovered the length of the gown had "grown" approximately three inches. I walked my son down the aisle with the skirt portion hiked up under my armpits. As the day progressed, so did the length. Instead of the flowy, sequin top I dreamed of, rolls of fabric are apparent in every picture, as I hiked the skirt higher. I made a follow-up appointment at BS. No one argued that the dress had "grown." Sara immediately told me she wasn't giving me a refund. I asked her to contact the manufacturer on my behalf. She refused, arguing that the material was not defective and insinuating I had worn different shoes or undergarments. Rocky was sympathetic. The seamstress made no comment on the material but pinned the skirt to be re-hemmed. Of course this wasn't BS's fault. Nor can they give me a redo on my son's wedding. But a little compassion and customer appreciation would've gone a long way. Yesterday, I picked the dress up for the last time. Sara saw me but said nothing. I left, then decided to come back in and talk to her, which I did quietly, in the back of the store, away from other employees and customers. I wanted to give her the chance to do the right thing - something, anything to keep me as a customer. I said I wouldn't be returning. Her response was a blasé "okay." When I asked her if she knew why, her comments were shockingly accusatory, and she asked me to leave the store and not return. The entire exchange happened in less than a minute. Management's unwillingness to take any responsibility and heartless lack of empathy prompted me to write my first YELP review. Buyer beware.

However, some of the beads fell off when I tried it on at home 2 days before the event. When I returned to the store, I was told all sales were final. The seamstress was very kind and offered to fix it, but I didn't trust the dress would hold up. What really shocked me was how I was treated. A staff member (or owner?) accused me of lying about and when I bought it, insisting it must be old and that I'd already worn it. Thinking of replacing the dress, I tried on a few other dresses, and was told there was "no way" I could be the smaller size I mentioned, even though the larger dresses were all way too big on me. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I left feeling disappointed and disrespected--definitely not the experience you'd expect when buying something special. There were some nice/kind staff people but not enough to make up for the rudeness and being accused of lying. updated based on BS's comments: the dress was in fact not fixed to perfection and I ended up sewing a column of beads on the dress after it was fixed. But moreso, in my opinion, Berta Sawyer's response validates my initial review and how they treat customers.

From hemming pants and tailoring blouses to adjusting suits and dresses. From my items the workmanship is always clean, and professional. The turnaround time is always reasonable, and I appreciate how they take the time to understand exactly what I want before starting any adjustments. Even when I've had garments made from delicate or tricky fabrics. I may not have visited the main location myself, but knowing that my items are altered here gives me total confidence. I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner…read more Before leaving two dresses that I needed for events on July 3 and July 4, I specifically asked whether they would be open on July 3 because I needed to pick them up that day. I was told my dresses would be ready after 12:00 p.m. on July 3 and that the store would likely be closing by 3:00 p.m., so I should come sometime after noon. When I arrived shortly before 12:00 p.m. on July 3, the store was completely closed. There was a sign on the door stating they would be closed that day. Unfortunately, a sign on the door did not help because I had already been told in person that the store would be open, and I had planned around that information. As a result, I was unable to wear either dress for the events I needed them for. When I returned to pick up my clothes, I calmly explained why I was frustrated. Instead of acknowledging that I had been given incorrect information, the owner told me they decided not to open because it was too hot to come in and that customers had been notified by placing a sign on the door. I explained that a sign on the door was not an adequate way to notify someone who had already been told to come between noon and 3:00 p.m. to pick up clothing needed for holiday events. I asked whether a discount could be offered because of the inconvenience, but she refused. When I said I would not be returning and would share my experience in a review, the owner responded that she "didn't want my business anyway" and then told me to leave the store. In my experience, the prices are higher than other local dry cleaners, and I have not found the quality of the cleaning to justify the cost. After this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have had much better service, pricing, and overall quality at Fairway Cleaners in Dresher. Mistakes happen, and I understand that plans can change. What was most disappointing was not the closure itself, but the complete lack of accountability, empathy, or customer service afterward. A sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome.
