I'd pay a smidge more just to help support a worthwhile mission! There is an abundance of clothing, shoes, glassware and kitchenware. Then a smattering of all the other things to include records, cds, HS, books, decor etc. it's pretty big, but not overwhelming. It's always clean and pretty organized. The staff has always been kind, helpful and engaging on all my visits. Their pricing is extremely reasonable for so many of the items. I don't think I've thought twice about an item here due to their price. This is always a thrift location I like to visit.

But most relevant the store hours were incorrectly listed at that time both on the door and through Apple maps. I usually don't leave any yelp reviews, but that's how disappointed I was. I'm just saying you should have correct hours listed as I drove out of my way to come to your store. There's no need for the argument a simple "sorry that was your experience we've fixed our hours hope this helps" or something. I'm just not recommending the customer service or won't be returning especially with the business owners response. Very odd and contentious/defensive

They generally have very nice items at good prices, and I've donated to them several times over the years because I support the cause. However, after a recent experience, I won't be donating to them again. Donations close at 4 p.m., and I arrived at 3:45 pm. I was told they were already closed. I showed them the time on my phone and pointed out that it wasn't 4 p.m. yet, but the employees rolled their eyes, gave me attitude, and only reluctantly accepted the items. There are plenty of other thrift stores in the area that are happy to accept quality donations and don't treat people who are trying to give nice items like dirt. I'll continue shopping here because the store workers are wonderful, but when it comes to donating, I'll be taking my things elsewhere.

I even found a small messenger bag that I take everywhere with me, and it only cost $4. Half of the store is clothing and the other half is accessories and home goods. While the variety in each section is a bit limited, you never know what you'll find. They also have a $1 clothing rack that's worth checking out. I found a few shirts I plan on upcycling for a fabric Pride flag. The people who work there are very nice and keep the store organized. I never felt like I was being monitored by them. As a bonus, they offer a 10% discount for students and other folks.
