Brittany uses the same positive reinforcements with her human students that she uses with your dog. It was hard to not have our fur-baby with us for 2 weeks but they sent video updates of his progress and pictures. He received excellent care and I would highly recommend Saragold Boarding/Training for anyone looking for excellent K9 training. We will definitely be doing more training with Saragold. I was told they will let me know when a room is free. After 40 minutes, I went back to the counter and said "just making sure you haven't forgotten about me". Again, the front desk was not friendly, offered no smile and said "we haven't forgotten". I finally got into the room at 1:55 for the 1pm appointment. The doctor came in at 2:05 and was very nice and took good care of my dog's needs. As I checked out the staff (now 3 of them behind the counter) never offered a smile or an apology (or excuse) for the 1 hour late appointment time. I am giving one star due to front desk staff and wait time with no explanation.
