All of this was about $50. All of this was about the same price as our x groomer. And I looked over my pup; I did not see any nicks/cuts. I was not able to meet the staff or to see the place in person. But my dad dropped off our pup and he liked the place. Seeing the after effect and seeing the results; I am happy with this place. I called on Tuesday as her rash was getting worse. Left a message, but never got a return phone call. I called again on Wednesday and let them know what was going on. She didn't apologize. She didn't accommodate what I paid. She didn't offer any type of anything I told her that she'll probably have to go to the vet and that it wasn't fair that I had to pay for a bill for something they did. She never offered to pay half or to pay for it never offered a credit. Nothing customer service is not up to par and the empathy of the owner, Sunny, was very cold. She had no empathy. It was my first time there I will not go back again. I canceled my future appointment so please if you're thinking of trying this place. STOP!! do not book if she would've apologized. It would've been OK no problem, but her heart is as cold as ice.

After speaking to Dr Randy and Denise, and discovering their deep understanding of the TPLO procedure and their patented TPLO Plate (invented by Dr. Randy) we chose them for the surgery. we are now on week 5 of her recovery and we are very pleased with the outcome. Even though she still has a couple of months to get her strength fully back, she is moving better than she has in 8 months, she's back to being playful and frisky again. I went to sun valley for a second option referral to give my dog a CT or mri. All they did for my…read moredog was x-rays when I had asked for further investigation on my dog. As well am almost lead to believe they could have possibly falsified my dog or given me incorrect x-rays as when they were looking at my dog they refused to look at X-rays from intermountain vet clinic and pushed to do their X-rays and forced me to redo the X-rays on my dog. For all I know they could have been looking at the wrong dog's x-rays when I could clearly tell that they had several other x-rays up onon their computer and barely sharing empathy for my dog. Just caring about doing extra X-rays which they only did to and not a through investigation of what could be potentially going on with my dog or what could have caused his limp. As well changing the side of my dog's limp via when trying to push their evidence down my throat. Then going oh, what it looks like is your dog's growth plates probly fused there's nothing we can do.
