I call to confirm, April 1, Wendy, but Belinda in the main Kaiser appointment center, goes above & beyond to reach Wendy as nothing is scheduled for mom. Wendy is gone for the day & is to call me on April 2. I call & early in the am& Le Ann says no Appt is made for mom. I keep my original appt. & hope to hear from Wendy from the Kailua office. I ended up running late because of a rain storm that slowed traffic coming from the Pali. When I arrived there the parking lot had many parking spaces. I found a good spot, parked then I walked right in. The cashier and registration desk is easy to find in the center of everything. I was immediately greeted upon entering. The line was short and moved quickly. Although I was a little late they checked me in and the Doctor was able to see me a few minutes after I arrived. Dr. Onizuka was friendly and took his time allowing me to ask questions and do a thorough exam. The girls at the front desk were pleasant and had that spirit of aloha. The facility was clean and the noise was appropriate for a doctors office. Overall I had an excellent experience. I will make more of my appointments here in the future.
