My interaction with the employees was over the phone, and they were beyond rude. From the start of the call, the tone was dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question, I was met with short, irritated responses that made it feel like I was bothering them. It genuinely seemed like they could not care less about their customers. Customer service matters -- even over the phone -- and unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how customers are treated. The said they didn't care if they lost any customers. I will never shop here again and I will spread the work to all my first hills neighbors to find a nicer shop where customers are appreciated just a little !!!!
