The chefs on our team shopped at local markets and brought all the beautiful produce and even a whole lamb to Vinicola, where we held a dinner party. It rained that night, but the vineyard's standing heaters and rooftop tent kept our tables warm and dry. The chef and owners of Maximo, a coffee grower from Chiapas, and local cheesemaker, among others, joined us for the send-off. When dinner ended, we all stepped out into the open air and danced in the rain.

We already had an idea about a couple of different wines that we wanted, and it was just a matter of getting our hands on them. While this store didn't have exactly what we were looking for, we settled on the Santat Rose Spumante which is imported from Italy. We have yet to sample it, but we were both so estatic to find a similar wine. The service here was also outstanding, and the person who helped us directed is to the correct área of the store so we could browse some of their awesome selections. The store is huge and there is also a glass enclosed refrigerated section.
